Handsome Billy is a very chilled and affectionate cat who enjoys laps and attention. He can live with a dog who is used to cats and he is fine with children. He is used to a very quiet area, well away from busy roads and we need to find something similar for him. He might wake you in the night if he's hungry, but he also enjoys sleeping on the bed with you!
