Cramar Cat Rescue and Sanctuary
Rehoming Cats & Kittens: West Midlands
Sue and Bob
*** PLEASE READ: Cramar is cautiously re-opening for rehoming, with new procedures in place.  Viewing is now by appointment ONLY: please phone the rescue on 0121-445 1840, leave a message on option 3 with your name and contact details: a member of staff will contact you to arrange a day and time for you to visit to view our lovely felines.  House checks will continue, but done slightly differently - initially the house check form will be worked through via telephone call, then you will be visited at home by one of our house checkers who will use PPE and maintain appropriate social distances.  Please note: our cats featured here are mainly our long stay/harder to home cats: we have lots of other cats in rescue, including kittens: all of them eager to meet you.***

Sue - black female - 2 years old
Bob - black and white male - 2 years old

Sue and Bob are looking for a very special and understanding home as 'outdoor' cats: they are so nervous around humans that they can't be rehomed to a typical family environment, but they can - with appropriate introductions - live happily in a farm, small-holding, or stable setting, possibly acting as professional pest controllers.
In addition to our 'loveable but unhome-able' resident feral colony at Cramar, we rehome a small number of cats - like Sue and Bob - to live as 'owned ferals', in the right situation.  They will need permanent and adequate shelter, as well as daily feeding: our knowledgeable and experienced staff will be happy to discuss this further with you, as well as offering guidance on how to settle them in to their new home: we can provide all the knowledge and support - we just need someone who can provide the right environment.  This type of rehoming is mutually beneficial to all involved, and often these shy, nervous cats become more approachable once they are settled in a home where they feel comfortable and less stressed.  Please contact us if you think you can offer this lovely pair the new home they very much deserve.
