We were told Forrest  is a Maine Coon by the person who handed him over to us and we are fairly certain he is. At 6 months of age he is the size of a fully grown adult cat.  Here is what his fosterer says about him.

Forest settled in really quickly when he came to us, he really is an adorable young man who is still very much a kitten who loves nothing more than to play with his toys or anything else laying around the house. He is slowly learning that feet are not toys. 

He has a lot of energy and will spend most of the morning playing followed by a long afternoon nap.  He loves to sit next to you on the sofa, sometimes with his head on your lap and loves a chin and belly rub.  He's been out in the garden a few times but doesn't like going out on his own so will follow you back when you go indoors.  

He also loves to flick his biscuits out of the bowl and chase them around the kitchen before eating them.

He will need a secure garden and somebody around during the day to stop him being lonely. He could be OK with older children.

He is neutered, chipped and started his vaccinations. Forrest would prefer to be an only cat.
