Beautiful Phoebe needs a special person / couple in her life.
She is an adorable girl who loves company, a fuss and a comfortable lap to snuggle!
She would like a quieter home, without children and no other pets.
Life hasn't always been good for Phoebe in her early years so we would like special kind people who have time to give her, offer her a forever home.
