URGENT APPEAL: MISO (13) needs to find a  quiet loving AND SPACIOUS home with adult cat lovers VERY SOON as her family are emigrating and unable to take her with them.  As a sensitive cat Miso will need understanding cat lover/s who can give her time to settle and the opportunity to hide until she feels safe.  Once out of her shell she should become a loyal and rewarding companion.  

WHY SO LAST MINUTE? The lovely home that had been waiting for her has proved unsuitable - a lovely lady. 

Because of her troubled past, Miso needs a new Mum/Dad with lots of experience, patience and understanding and give Miso time to settle.  As her current family knows the rewards will be great.  

Miso is currently an indoor cat.  Her family think that if she had access to safe outdoor space she could venture outside.  

Ideally her new home would be fairly close to her current home in Totnes as Miso doesn’t like long journeys.  Ideally her new mum/dad would be prepared to visit and spend time with Miso before bringing her to new home.

Miso (13).  This very aristocratic looking tortoiseshell girl is looking for a v loving indoor home. Sadly her owners (who adopted her 3 years ago) are moving abroad and unable to take this much loved girl with them. 

Miso is an affectionate girl who would like a quiet adult home.  As she is initially quite nervous she needs an understanding cat lover who will give her time to settle and feel secure. Once settled she will make a very loving feline companion.  She is particularly suited to an older home-based cat lover. 

She is described as: 

‘… a sprightly girl with lots of character. She likes stability and a quiet life and once she has bonded with her new owner will settle into being being a loving companion. 

She is however nervous and really needs a person who understands cats and will give her the time she needs to build a new relationship. 

It took her a while to settle into our house but since she did she has captured all of our hearts. All it took was patiently keeping her company and waiting for her to decide she could actually enjoy strokes and attention!

She likes to have a safe place she can retreat to and cosy places where she can get a bit of height on the world. She’s very playful and enjoys a game with a ping pong ball or bit of string and has always been in good health. She is not suited to a busy home with young children.

Once she feels comfortable she loves to come and cuddle up on the sofa or bed and keep you company’.
