Raven
Raven is a 16 month old black female, she is spayed, microchipped, flea and worm treated and will be rehomed with 5 weeks free pet insurance. Unfortunately due to the national shortage of cat vaccines we have been unable to vaccinate her.

Raven came to us after being rehomed by a man who was pretty inexperienced with cats, despite his best efforts Raven didnt trust him at all and would regularly lash out at him, so much so he was told by some rescues to put her to sleep and others said to rehome her to a farm. Lucky for Raven we spotted her plight and offered her a space with us.

It was immediately apparently that Raven was a very mis understood little cat, she did indeed try and attack at first but it was also apparent that she was in season and despite the previous owner being assured she was spayed this was not the case, thereby adding greatly to her hormonal frustration.

Now spayed and after several weeks of letting her settle in and bond with her foster mum she has really mellowed. She likes to give a playful nip sometimes but its not with the malice she arrived with and she is now ready to find a forever home of her own.

Raven is looking for an experienced cat home who understand feline behaviour and who, importantly will give her plenty of time and space to settle in and bond in her own time. Her next home needs to be her forever home, this poor girl has already had so much upheaval and so she needs a home with people committed to stick with her.

She is clean with the litter tray, can be fussy with her wet food but likes a good quality dry food.

She will be best as the only cat but could possibly live with another laid back neutered male cat, she isnt suitable to live with children but she is absolutely fine with cat friendly dogs.

She will need a home with a nice secure garden WELL AWAY FROM ANY BUSY OR FAST ROADS where she can go outside to play safely once fully settled.

Being fostered in Swadlincote, Derbys but can be rehomed further afield subject to homecheck and donation of £70

If you can offer this black beauty the committed forever home she needs please email us telling us all about your home offer and contact details to [email protected]
