Popeye is a lovely friendly boy is has come into our care as he is diabetic and his owner could no longer commit to his needs. He requires an injection of insulin every 12 hours so he is looking for a dedicated owner who is happy to do this. He will also need to be kept indoors in order for him to have his insulin regularly. The branch would be able to help with some costs. He is looking for a home where he is the only cat as he does not like other cats and would be best with older children.
