Rufus is a gorgeous older boy in need of a safe home.

Rufus was very scared when he first came in and was aggressive in trying to keep us away. He was a long term stray and must have suffered badly during his time on the streets. He has come a long way and is a very soft, gentle boy at heart. He now enjoys being stroked. We would like a calm, quiet adult only home for him where he can feel secure. He is living communally with other cats at the shelter and could be homed to someone who has another cat. We would like to find him a home with a safe garden where he will be allowed out on a nice day. He is still a little nervous of visitors so it may take him a little time to settle. But it will be worth it once he's settled. You can see how lovely our boy can be in the video below.
