Sadly Rio was left behind when his owners moved. Luckily he had some kind neighbours who would look out for him and feed him. He is the most loving super friendly boy who greets everyone who meets him. A proper lap cat he craves affection. Being a young boy he has lots of energy and loves to play. Rio would like a home with access to the outdoors in a safe area away from busy roads. He is neutered and microchipped.
