Rehoming Cats & Kittens: Bedfordshire
Meet the stunning Bruce. Bruce came into our care after being a long-term stray. Bruce is a tabby & white male, estimated to be about 5 years old. He had not been neutered when he came into our care, and so is a very large boy, about 6kg! During routine tests it was found that Bruce has FIV (feline immunodeficiency virus). Despite this he is very fit and healthy and could lead a long healthy life. However, he will need an indoor only home.  To find out more about FIV visit: F.I.V. (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus)

Bruce is a lovely boy and is learning that humans are here to play with and are here to love him as Bruce was a stray for a while. He loves the comfort of his bed, the first one he’s probably ever had, and is getting used to cuddles and will get better as time goes on. He is getting more confident as the days go by and from meeting different people. Bruce does like his food, and so this has to be regulated, otherwise he will continuously eat. Bruce has been neutered, microchipped and has had his first vaccination. If he is adopted prior to his 2nd vaccination he will need to return to Scotts Vets in Bedford, but this cost is covered by Bedford Cats Protection.

Having not had a home before, Bruce would like to be the only pet. We would also recommend that he is not homed with children under the age of 12, as he is still learning to tell people when he has had enough. Do you have the purr-fect home for Bruce?
