Rehoming Cats & Kittens: Bedfordshire
DUNCAN
Polly & Duncan spent their first 6 weeks living in a shed with their mum, their approx. date of birth is 19th April. Because they had no human contact in their early weeks, they are initially cautious of humans.

Duncan is a short-haired black male.

Ideally, they are looking for a home together, but could also be homed separately. Or they could be rehomed with their mum, Ellie.

The kittens are typical playful kittens, they love to run around and rough and tumble. Polly loves to play with a stick toy, and Duncan would too, if only Polly would let him!

Because of the lack of human contact in the beginning they are still more nervous than many other kittens, they allow strokes, but would rather watch than participate in human contact. They prefer to sit just out of reach, although this is improving.

They are happy to live with other cats, but no dogs. And because they are shy, they are looking for homes with children over 10 years.

Any new home needs to understand that adopting either, or both, of these kittens will take time and plenty of patience. Please ensure you have this to give, rather than choosing because they are pretty. If allowed the time to blossom they will make loving cats.

They have been microchipped and have had their first vaccination. Should they be adopted before their 2nd vaccination they will need to return to Scotts Vets (Bedford, Sharnbrook or Wixams), but Cats Protection will pay the cost of this. If not neutered prior to leaving our care a full cost neutering voucher will be issued to their new families.
