Rehoming Cats & Kittens: Southern Wales
How can anyone resist those crystal blue eyes?   unfortunately Beau is completely deaf so he needs that very special home where he has to adapt to hand signals.  Beau was originally owned by an elderly lady but he was just too boisterous.   We then found him the perfect home in the countryside without any traffic so he could explore outdoors safely.  The new owners loved him, their grandson and even their dog loved him.   But,  he didn't like the elderly resident cat in the house.  They tried everything to keep them apart but he kept chasing her all the time making her life miserable.   The new owners had him for a few months trying everything to get him to leave her alone. They said he was playful, loving and loved the dog but for some reason they could not keep him from chasing the elderly cat.   Something must have happened in his short life for this to happen but we do not know what!

At present he is in a run with several cats, if they come near he sqwarks at them and they back off, there has been no fighting just warnings to keep away, he might have chased the elderly cat because she was submissive!   He loves comfort and now deserves another chance.  We suggest he should be a housecat because he is deaf so he would not hear traffic or a dog etc approaching .  Beau is young, playful and has lots of energy.  If you have had experience of owning a deaf cat then could you offer Beau a home?  He is microchipped, neutered and fully vaccinated.  We are looking for a special person to give this lovely cat a home.  If that is you please contact us.   01656 721496 leave message if answerphone or email [email protected]
