Rehoming Cats & Kittens: West Midlands
This is Jacob and he is estimated to be between 6 and 7 years of age.
When he first came into care he was terrified of everyone (especially men) and would run and hide.  His foster mom has worked wonders with him and whilst he is still a nervous and wary chap until he gets to know you, his confidence is growing daily.  He is a very gentle soul who loves to sprawl on his foster mom’s lap and have his tummy tickled.
Jacob has been in care for several months now without any enquiries which we cannot understand as he is a handsome loving soul.  We are looking for a special home for him who will understand that he will need time and patience to adjust to new surroundings and where he will be allowed to take things at this own pace.  Jacob is a very handsome dude with a gorgeous black coat and he has some fur missing from his belly and legs which the vet thinks is down to a flea allergy.  It is important, therefore, that his new owner fleas him regularly.
He has a healthy appetite and enjoys both dry food and wet food in gravy.  This helps keep up his strength for playtime which he adores, especially chasing balls around. He also loves to drink from a tap which makes his foster mom smile.
Jacob adores company.  His ideal home would be an adult only one and he would suit a retired or semi-retired person/couple.  A boisterous household or one where young children visit regularly wouldn’t be for him.
Jacob also needs to be the only pet as he’s not keen on other animals and he enjoys having all the love and attention to himself.  Finally we would love his forever home to have a garden to explore when he is ready.
If you’re looking for a loyal and loving companion then look no further and arrange to come and meet him as we know when you do you’ll fall in love and want to adopt him there and then!
