Catcuddles Sanctuary (The)
Rehoming Cats & Kittens: London (West), London (East) & Kent (West)

New arrival Cara was discovered living as a stray. Like a lot of strays, her friendly and gentle nature indicate that she did have a home once - but she was likely abandoned. Now thankfully neutered at our Clinic and microchipped, a better future now awaits her - she just needs to find a loving, forever home.

Energetic, sassy Cara would be a great family cat in a home where she will be embraced as a member of the family and given lots of playtime and attention on a daily basis. Assessed to be no more than 1, this sweet girl has a lot of love to give. She will need some safe outside space to explore in her new home. Cara could live with gentle, cat-savvy older children used to living with cats who are respectful of her boundaries. Whilst Cara adores human company, she is not a fan of other animals so she will need to be the only pet in the home.

Cara looking for a home with a quiet garden to explore, in a safe location away from busy roads with no easy access to the road. A terraced network of gardens would be ideal. If not already in place, Cara will need to have a microchip catflap fitted at the back of the property within a month of adoption.

Even if it becomes Cara’s preference to toilet outside, like any cat who will have access to the outside she must always have access to a litter tray inside for her urinary health. Outside access is of course only after a minimum of six weeks in her new home.

Cara is being fostered at our South London hub in Abbey Wood, SE2.

Our priority is to match felines with homes that suit their needs, character and long term requirements. Please be aware that when a particular cat receives an unusually high volume of enquiries, our dedicated adoptions volunteers may only be able to pursue the most promising. We appreciate your understanding.
