How striking is our Purdy! This photo really doesn't do her justice.
This poor baby has only been with us a short while but has been a stray for a lot longer. She found herself on the street having to fend for herself after her  home was burnt down, and she she was then left behind by her owners when they had found a new home.  Thankfully, a kind neighbour was feeding her before we were contacted and managed to get her a place at the sanctuary. A vet check revealed that she had 3 broken ribs:  fortunately we were told it was an old injury which had healed itself and wasn't causing her any problems.
This poor baby has been through a lot already and really deserves a loving furever home! We think Purdy is approx 8 years old and although still a little shy (understandably) once we start fussing her she has an extremely loud purr and likes to dribble! We know she has lived with others cats and would be fine in a home with children 10+
