Schmoopy
In rescue, Autumn is the time of year when we are saying goodbye to the last of our kitten hoards, with just a few stragglers through the colder months until we hit our next kitten season in Spring next year.  But we are never quiet at Cramar - once the majority of our kittens have been snapped up by eager adopters, we can concentrate once more on those adult and young adult cats who are often overlooked: in too many instances, these young adults are females who were abandoned by their previous owners didn't care enough to have them neutered, and then cared even less when their pet became pregnant.  Suddnely no longer wanted, these young females find themselves abandoned either heavily pregnant or with young babies.  Hard to know which situation would be most frightening for a young female cat with tiny dependent kittens either arrived, or about to arrive: all of them abandoned by those people who should have been caring for them.  Schmoopy is one of these young, unneutered females: she arrived at Cramar with four tiny kittens.  She is a little shy at first, but once she gets to know you she's very friendly, and we think her perfect home would be one where any children are over 10 years of age, and it could even include other cats.  A safe outside space, away from busy roads is also on the list, so she can explore outside once she's settled in with her new people.
