Jack
“What do you think of Jack? He’s not quite a “Jack the Lad”, he’s far too mild-mannered for that!  And just look at those markings, isn’t he gorgeous? He’s almost got a heart shape on his side!  Jack’s only a youngster, somewhere between one and two years old we think.  He’s affectionate, and loves to play with his fosterers, being very gentle when he does so.  He doesn’t mind being picked up, enjoys a cuddle, and is happy to settle on any lap that’s going free! He’s been fine with children stroking him, is sociable with visitors and is happy to say “hello”.  Whilst he loves company, Jack also likes solitude to sleep … Don’t we all!    He’s pretty good at communicating and shows you what he wants.  All in all he’s a very appreciative cat and seems to like his fosterers helping him.  He’s quite clever, having worked out that the cat in the mirror isn’t another cat, and quickly learning his fosterers’ routine.
Jack was rather dirty when he came into our care, but as you can see he scrubs up well!  Whilst we think that Jack would appreciate being able to have access to the outdoors, preferably with a garden and away from busy roads, he does seem to be wary of  loud noises outside. He’s been neutered, microchipped and fully vaccinated – ready to join a new family.”
