Rudy
Male Prime (2-6 years)
Hello hello hello! I am Mr Rudy, and I'm the bravest boy in the entire world....and perhaps a little daft. You see I might've picked a fight with something much bigger than me (a car) and didn't come out of it all that well. I was handed into a vets and had to spend three weeks there while they put me back together - but they did mostly manage that! I am now on special care, which involves cage rest and physio twice a day, as I have a wonky back leg. At the end of this month I'm going to need follow up x-rays at a vet in Leeds, and depending on how my leg is doing they may need to take it away from me....but that will be okay, i think I will cope with just three. YCR will of course support whoever is looking me at that point - I know I'm going to be a complex little guy but I thought I'd get myself out here so that I can find my perfect home as soon as possible! So if you are able to offer me a (preferably carpeted) room with no furniture that I can climb on while my leg is healing, and if you can give me physio twice a day (I'm very well behaved during this, I promise!) then maybe you could take me home? You see, they're looking after me really well here, but I just want more attention and more peoples and more LOVE really. The peoples here will talk to you in full if you are interested in me and explain all of my physio etc properly.

Other than that I'm a great little guy though! I love to give kisses, and I love to chat! I came in from the streets, so I don't remember meeting any cats, dogs, or kids before. With the right introductions I should be fine, though I would probably be better in a home with older kids only. Like I said I'm very well behaved but when I used to have a cone on I could sometimes get a bit excited and I wanted to know what people taste like. Not very nice it turns out! So I don't make a habit of it, but sometimes if I get overwhelmed it's my best way of saying so. I'm going to be an indoor cat for a while as I'm recovering, but some time in the future I would like to venture out again. I'd probably not want to go near any busy roads...

So if you have the home for me, and want to know more about my physio, please look for the blue "Reserve a cat" button, and fill in my name and reference number, Rudy 316/22. I might need some help carrying my suitcase on account of my leg, but I'll get the
