Paprika came into Rescue on 12Mar 2024 from a lady who’d seen her advertised “free”, along with 2 others, on Gumtree. The 3 had been straying together for a while and the other 2 had been rehomed. She was heavily pregnant and gave birth to her 6 beautiful babies 3 weeks later. She has been a fantastic Mum to her babies who have all now been adopted and Paprika is now looking for her forever, loving home where she can have peace and quiet away from the bustle of young kittens.

She loves having fuss around her head and even more so when it’s meal time when she’ll come and headbutt you. She’s not really a lap cat but loves to be with you doing her own thing.

Paprika loves to play, especially with small toys that she can hold and bite and she loves her scratching post. She likes fuss and play on her own terms so any children in the home need to be cat savvy. She also loves sitting on the window sill watching the birds in the garden so eventually will need outdoor access in a safe garden away from any busy or main roads.

She’s not been tested in her foster home with other cats but as she was found straying with 2 other young cats, with careful introductions she should be OK with other cats.

Paprika is spayed, microchipped, fully vaccinated, up to date with flea and worm treatment and has tested negative for both FIV and FeLV and on adoption will come with 5 weeks free pet insurance from Agria.
