Basil was left outside along with his mum and siblings, after their owner died. A kind neighbour was feeding their mum, and managed to round them all up to bring in to safety. His brother and sister have been adopted together, so he's the last one waiting for a home. Because of his time outside, he can be a bit shy, but once he knows you're a source of food he will come scrambling over. Basil needs a loving home who will commit to him for the next 15-20 years, no matter what.
