Jeff needs to be an indoor only cat due to being totally deaf.

He is a loving, friendly, playful cat. He is also a bull in a china shop, an intelligent mini devil, with boundless energy and naughtiness.

He will need plenty of space to play (ie town house or large home) and lots and lots of stimulation.  Access to a catio would be ideal.

Due to Jeff's boistrousness, homing with another cat is challenging because he can't hear any verbal warnings from the other cat who may therefore get very stressed with him.  Jeff may get on very well with a calm, placid dog who could tolerate his playfulness.
