Mia
Are you an experienced cat owner with a little patience?

Mia has been through some traumatic times before she came into rescue, dislikes other cats and is initially so afraid of humans that she hisses and growls.

However, with a little patience her fosterer has gained her trust and found that she's actually a loving, friendly girl.

When she goes to her forever home, she will need to be left alone to adjust for a week or so.  For this reason, homes with younger children would not be suitable, she needs a home with just adults and older children who understand the need she has for peace and quiet to make that initial adjustment.

Once she has adjusted, it will be very rewarding for her new owners as they gain her trust and see how happy and loving she can be.

She has been with us for a year now, overlooked for so long because she appears so grumpy when she meets new people, but she's lovely underneath so we hope she finds someone patient to adopt her really soon.

If you are interested in meeting Mia with a view to adoption, you can fill out our form at this link:  Feline Rescue Adoption Form
