8 Lives Cat Rescue
Rehoming Cats & Kittens: Derbyshire & South Yorkshire
Tyga & Belle
Belle & Tyga were very shy when they arrived in rescue, but as time has gone on they've emerged as lovely affectionate playful girls.  Tyga came around a little more quickly, whilst Belle needed a good bit of coaxing.  However now they've found their feet they're a joy to spend time with.   Belle is particularly fussy and loving, whilst at the moment Tyga is obsessed with her play tunnel and the games we cam create with that.

UPDATE 17 April:  Belle & Tyga have now been reserved for adoption

They've seen our vet for health checks and no issues found.  They're spayed, microchipped and vaccinated and of course are up to date with flea and worm treatment.

Although not sisters they've been together since being young kittens and need to go to a new home together.

Due to circumstances they've been indoor cats ... initially living in an upstairs flat and then close to a very busy road.  As they've never been outdoors and are a little shy they'd probably be quite happy to continue to be indoor cats.  Then again, if you have a safe garden to explore they could enjoy starting to explore that once settled, so long as they can get back indoors if startled.  Either way, they'll need to stay indoors for a good few weeks until they're settled, and ideally be kept indoors overnight for the rest of their lives as this is the time when most accidents seem to happen.

They'll  probably fit well into any family that isn't too noisy and boisterous.  We've been pleasantly surprised at how well they've managed visits from new people, given how anxious they were intially.  They're not aggressive cats and would most likely be ok living in a home with cat savvy kids, who can give them space, but  not the right cats to enjoy the rough and tumble of playtime with younger children.

All our adoptions bring 4 weeks free insurance through Pet Plan.

We always homecheck prior to adoption, and ask a minimum donation of £75 for each adult neutered cat.. There’s more about our adoption process here: http://www.8livescatrescue.org/adoption-process.html and you’ll find some more photos and stories about them (and our other cats) on our blog: https://8livescatrescue.wordpress.com/ and facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/8Lives/
