Duke
Duke! What can we say… the most beautiful boy who needs to go to an indoor home as he has had a positive FIV diagnosis. To find out more about FIV, please visit: F.I.V. (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus).

He loves his fuss as much as his food. He adores company and is a real sweetheart. He looks like a wise old man but the vet says he’s about 5 years old at the most, so plenty of years of life left in him. He had a massive flea infestation when he came to us so his fur was very patchy and his skin was scabby but he’s having hypoallergenic food and good flea treatment and doing well.

We will provide some food to help him settle into his new home. Anyone who knows about FIV cats will know they need to be kept away from other cats so they don’t spread the infection or pick up infections from others. They can go on to live long and happy lives as any other negative FIV cat. You should check with your insurance to make sure they covered FIV cats.

His favourite pastime is watching the fish in the pond and birds in the garden from the cat pen so he’ll need a large house or maybe a catio where he cat watch the world outside and breathe in the lovely fresh smells from the outside world. If you’d like to offer Duke a home please phone 0345 260 1076
