Edward

Edward was found in the middle of a road late one evening. Enquiries revealed a large number of feeders but, sadly, no owner.

Edward is now neutered but a vet check revealed a growth at the back of his mouth. This has been removed, biopsied and Edward has received a long course of treatment. Whilst not cancerous, the growth site will require monitoring and he may need medication from time to time.

Not having to search the streets for his food and having limited exercise since being with us, Edward now needs to be on a weight reducing diet!  He is looking for a permanent foster home where he is an only cat and with no small children. He should be encouraged to go outside to help his weight loss.

Edward is very special to us! He has a wonderful character.

Please note we only rehome on quiet roads locally (southern Manchester including Stockport, Wythenshawe, Buxton, Macclesfield, Wilmslow and the like) so post-adoption support can be given should it be necessary. Please, if in doubt, get in touch to check – we pride ourselves in getting a perfect match.

Note too, we ask for a minimum adoption donation of £60 per cat to help towards our costs preparing them for their new homes.
