Rehoming Cats & Kittens: Lancashire
Socks
Socks is very, very dearly loved by her owner who has been caring for this beautiful girl for around a year.  She was not being well cared for before this.  The owner has had to move and has, very sadly, been unable to find anywhere suitable that will allow cats.  Now I have heard this sort of thing said to me so many times over the years I have been involved with taking in and homing cats.  Unfortunately, many people just want the cat/s gone and to be honest say anything just to 'get rid' of them so sometimes it is not actually true.  They are often the kind of people who should never have been allowed to have a cat.  Apologies if that sounds harsh but it is true.  If ever I can help in such a situation, directly or indirectly, I most definitely would do, it is always the cats that come first.  We all know there are very genuine cases too of course, and circumstances are just beyond their control; it could happen to any of us. In this case, Sock's owner absolutely dotes on her and is heartbroken at the thought of having to rehome her.  Socks is up to date with vaccinations and has her nails clipped at the vets and is on a plan for booster vaccinations and regular flea and worm treatment and appears to be in very good health.  She has a very soft little cry when she is being fed which really melts your heart.  Everybody who meets this little lady falls in love with her, including the lady at the cattery where she is at the moment. Socks really enjoys being brushed.  She is a very loving little girl and her owner would, ideally, like to keep in touch with anybody who is able and willing to give her another loving home that this little sweetheart so deserves. Thank you for reading.
