Dumpling came into the centre as she was found scavenging through bins behind some houses. She is really struggling here at the centre and we have not really got much out of her since she has been here the past couple of months. She has a rare gum condition where she has a reaction to the plaque on her teeth we are still doing investigations into this but want to get her some interest and find her a loving home. We are looking for an owner who has dealt with nervous cats before and understand that it may take her a while to gain her trust to her new owners. We believe that she comes out to play overnight while we are not here as her toys are always moved around, she likes to also play in her water bowl overnight as this is always spilt. She needs to be the only pet as we are hoping she will really thrive and her owners can put all their attention and love on her.  Once she has settled we would recommend to keep her indoors for a while she has had access to outdoors in the past but this is too much for her at the moment, this could change and she could happily be an outdoors cat too once she has really bonded with her new owners and is happily settled in her new home.
