Peggy
Peggy is a lovely cat and will be a wonderful pet, but she has Hyperthyroidism, which is the overproduction of thyroid hormone by the thyroid glands. Our vets recommend surgical removal of affected thyroid glands and OAS will pay for this to be done. However she needs to take daily medication for two months prior to the operation, so owners need to prepare for this.
