Ratty
Ratty likes to sit on your lap or curl up in his cat basket, but can be left for a while too as long as he has his cat toys to play with.  He has been an outdoor and indoor cat, but obviously he would need to be slowly introduced to a new outside area.
He is used to cats about the same age but would need to be introduced slowly, he hasn't been brought up with any dogs so that would not suit him unless it is a very timid small dog.  
His diet consists of a vets prescribed diet called specific allergy management cat.
