Rehoming Cats & Kittens: Kent (East)
This handsome chap is Jack.

Jack is a healthy young lad who's gorgeous but so nervous of new people that we think he's probably been knocked about. There's something about how he braces himself when you reach out to touch him that tells us he's been hurt. He's not aggressive at all, and he's lovely and friendly with us now that he's got to know and trust us. It helps that he's addicted to Dreamies!

Jack was found as a stray and taken to Animal House vets.  He was not neutered or chipped, and he tested positive for FIV. FIV is not the scary, terrible thing that vets used to say it was years ago. Cats with the condition live more or less perfectly normal lives. To find out more about FIV, please visit: F.I.V. (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus).

Jack is now neutered and chipped and looking forward to a fresh start. He will need someone with cat knowledge and a great deal of patience.

Please get in touch if you can offer this gorgeous boy the love and patience he needs.

17/01/21 Update: Jack has turned around and has become a very friendly boy now he knows we are no threat! He still views strange people with suspicion, but responds well after being with them for a short time.
