Rehoming Cats & Kittens: Berkshire, Surrey & Hampshire
Tux was a stray for some time before he came into our care. He was in a sorry state, suffering with very painful eyes caused by inverted eyelashes. He has been with us some time now, and has had surgery to correct the eye problem. His new owner will need to keep a check on his eyes, as we cannot rule out him needing more surgery in the future. Cats Protection will be happy to cover the cost of any surgery he may need for this condition.

Tux is also on sensitivity control food, as he gets an upset tummy on normal cat food. His new owner will have to be prepared to continue with this diet. It can be purchased online as well as from a vet. He is a lovely boy, who enjoys playing with dangly toys and when he is tired, loves to be snuggled in a blanket. He will need an experienced cat owner, as he is likely to be anxious for a while until he settles into his new home, and can be a bit unpredictable if scared. Once he gets to know you he is a very loving boy.

It would be preferable to have someone at home at least part of the day to keep him company. He needs a home without children, other cats or dogs. He must have a secure garden of his own in a safe area well away from any busy roads or railways.
