About Us

Feline Friends London are a network of experienced cat rescuers and veterinary professionals helping cats in need across London. This includes offering sanctuary to stray cats, including sick, injured, pregnant & nursing strays; neutering & ensuring veterinary treatment when needed and providing general advice about cat care and what to do if you lose or find a cat.

FFL also works closely with LB Hackney to help cats in need across the borough. FFL hopes to extend the scope of our work and promote neutering, good cat welfare and responsible cat ownership to other London boroughs.
We also work with the RSPCA Inspectors, and with Social Services to try provide help for people’s pets when they go into care.

We are entirely volunteer led and have no overheads. All monies donated to us goes entirely on helping the cats in our care.

All the cats in our care have been vet-checked, neutered, vaccinated, deflead, wormed & microchipped and come with 5 weeks’ free insurance. Kittens are rehomed at 9 weeks or older, having had at least one vaccination and are rehomed only on the understanding they will be neutered by 6 months of age and kept in until they are 6 months old.

Wherever possible we carry out home checks and always conduct interviews with potential adopters to ensure the suitability of the home as well as the adopter.
