Introducing Archie (10ish). This handsome boy has been the much loved companion to an older lady who is moving into Sheltered Accomodation. As he likes to venture outdoors she is sadly having to part with him. He has been a great friend and she will miss him dearly.
 
The lady tells us that he is a very intelligent puss cat and friendly to people (but certainly not dogs). He likes to be the centre of attention and used to lay on her chest/lap.
 
He is now in the loving care of foster mum Sally. Sally says that it is clear that he does not like to be confined so we are keen to find him a 5 star home as soon as possible.
 
He can be a bit unpredictable but we feel that once he has settled and has the freedom he requires he will continue to bring joyful companionship to an older home-based and experienced cat lover with no other pets.
 
He has been well cared for and is used to a chip activated cat flap. We understand that he is street wise, having been a stray in the past. We also understand that he will occasionally catch a mouse.
