Home needed for 2 male cats, please help (Dudley, west Midlands)

Its with great sadness that I need to find either a home or homes for our 2 cats 
. We have had them both from kittens and they're both now 8 years old. They are called phineas and ferb. My hubby was diagnosed with severe copd 18 months ago and his breathing is getting worse, so much so that he will need oxygen soon. I too have health issues, my main problem is arthritis in my hips and pelvis, which is making it difficult to care for them properly. I have tried everywhere I can think of. They are both loving cats in their own ways. I really hope that someone can help me. Thanks
