Anyone tried Tesco own version of AGAIL

Post by MarkB »

It is called 'Looks so Tasty'

The texture is similar to AGAIL. £3 a box, standard price.

They have a fish selection box, single pouches of a couple of flavours for 30p and a 40 box with 2 meat flavours + 2 fish flavours in for about £9.65 (I think)

I haven't seen a standard box with meat flavours.

Not sure how good it is. Dom will eat a bit, but he wasn't a fan of AGAIL anyway. Kylie won't touch it, but she wouldn't eat AGAIL either. 'Lazalike' who comes for food is happy eating it :)

It isn't showing on Tesco website, so maybe trialling in certain stores? (ours is an Extra store)

I was in Tesco today, didn't see it there. Shame, I'd have tried it.

Ooh, not seen it Mark, but will have a look next time I'm there - the one I go to is also a large Extra store so they may have it. I'll report back

I did an online shop last night (being without a car at the moment) and planned to get some, but it isn't showing. I guess that means it isn't widely available yet.
