Ireland

Does anyone from Ireland post on here? I've found a gorgeous little guy who has an owner because there is a collar but he didn't seem to know where he was.
When I rang the animal protection society they said they were full.
Taking him to the vets Thursday to get him checked out.

If he isn't micro-chipped what will I do? I already have an un-neutered cat and the kitten doesn't like him!

What part of Ireland?

One of our cats turned up wearing a collar. Try as hard as we might, no one came forward to claim him.

Our local vet works with a local animal charity and they are also happy to advertise any lost or found animal.

Perhaps your vet could help in the same way... But I'm afraid I wouldn't hold my breath about anyone claiming him. Around here (West Fermanagh) cats are tolerated as vermin control but little else. Where you do find someone who likes cats (like us) they will usually have a house full (all strays or abandonded)
