Recent cat disappearances in twickenham
Lots of cats have been disappearing, missing, and killed down my street... even my own kitten fifi. We still have her half-brother frankie. he's moaning and crying and calling out for her
i miss her so much. the day before fifi was killed a kitten from opposite our house got run over. fifi was killed by a fox. any ideas why this is happening?

How very upsetting for you. Is there a pattern to all the disappearances or are you all having the most awful run of bad luck? Have you spoken to your neighbours about this?
Closer to home, can you cat/fox-proof your garden? Poor Frankie must be missing his sister. Keep him close and give him a fuss from me.

well its usually {fox, car, missing} but then it muddles up and less go missing and more are killed. 3 have been killed in one week or two

Very very rare for foxes to kill cats, more likely a dog.
I think its juts a run of bad luck your street is having, but how many have gone missing unexplained, is it many for number of cats in your area, if so has it been reported.
I would keep your little one safe and close to home/inside for now until an explanation is found.

Re: Recent cat disappearances in twickenham
I don't think it's foxes doing the damage. More likely humans IMO or a dog. There are many foxes here and I feed them, and I've seen the foxes running away from the cats. I've even seen a cat swipe at a fox when it (the fox) was attempting to eat the food which the cat was guarding.
Foxes seem to be getting a bad press again. I have to wonder why.
