Hi Sheena and welcome. I don't want to panic you any further, and the cat sounds very laid back about it all, but it does seem to be rather a long time between the 'show' as it's called, and the onset of labour. Personally I'd ring the vet (they won't mind and they won't charge you) and discuss it with them. Professional advice will set your mind at rest and if (worst case scenario) they do need to have her in to check her out, you're getting help in good time. But hope everything goes smoothly. It usually does!

Good luck to her and please let us know how you go on :)

Oh I'm so sorry to hear this. I was afraid of that as a long time ago when I bred cats one of mine had to have a C section after similar symptoms, but I hoped that wouldn't be the case with your girl. Poor lass. Glad she's doing well; hope she has a swift recovery, all the very best x

I'm sorry to hear this, I hope the vet neutered her when they did the section so you don't have to go through this again
