Pink spot under mouth

Barry has acquired a pink spot that looks quite sore under his mouth that wasn’t there before. Should we be concerned? He doesn’t seem to be in any pain

I know it’s an odd time of year for this, but could it be an insect sting?

Hmm perhaps it is some sort of bite, although he hasn’t been outside yet as we’ve just got him and still getting used to the house
