About Us…

Hi, I’m Hawke and this is my brother Falcon. We came to the sanctuary after our owner sadly passed away. There were 5 of us in total, including our mom Mollie, who is also looking for a home.

We were both quite nervous when we arrived here, we had no idea what was happening and where we were. My brother Falcon came around to our carers quickly and was soon enjoying lots of cuddles and fuss. I (Hawke) am quite nervous of new people and new places so it took me a while longer to realise that the humans weren’t scary and were actually trying to help me. My carer is confident that in a new home I will settle well and soon gain my confidence, it just might take a few weeks/ months for me to feel comfortable. While settling I may be a little hissy and hide away, but please allow me to settle in my own time and be patient with me- I do want cuddles, I just need to be able to trust you first.

My brother Falcon is a confident boy though who loves everyone and he does help me with my confidence too, I always hang back and watch him with the new people to make sure they’re safe.

Home we are looking for…

We are looking for a quiet home due to my nervous nature, I really wouldn’t want to live in a very noisy and busy household. In our last home it was just our human dad and us cats, so we are used to a calm home environment. For this reason, we are looking for an adult only home or home with older children 14+ only.

We could potentially live with other cats as we have always lived in a multi-cat household. Any cats in the home will need to be up to date with vaccinations and neutered (proof will be needed) and slow and steady introductions are always essential.

We would prefer not to live with a dog(s). We would enjoy being allowed safe access to outside, but will need to be kept strictly indoors for at least 8 weeks while settling in- possibly longer if I (Hawke) struggle to settle.
