Rescue Cats Tash & Tiggy from Lina’s Cat Rescue, Derby needs a homeHello, we’re Tash and Tiggy! It might not surprise you to know that we’re sisters cos we’re both tabby and white and we’re both 9 years old. We’re both the friendliest, laid back pair of cats you could meet - of course, you’ll have to meet us to see for yourself if its true! We both love fuss and attention, one way in which we differ though is that I’m a lap cat but Tiggy prefers to sleep elsewhere but you can always tell where she is though cos she snores rather loudly! Shh don’t tell her I told you! We love playing with toys and will keep ourselves amused while you’re out. We’ve both been neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and are up to date with flea and worm treatments. We can’t wait to meet you and hope you’ll find it in your hearts to give two lovely girls a loving home?

Rescue cat Chalky, from Burton Joyce Cat Welfare, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, needs a homeHi there, my name is Chalky; as you can imagine I am a white lad, I am around 4 years old and I am neutered and microchipped. I came into the rescue un-neutered and very grubby, I was too busy to look after myself with all those girls to chase and boys to fight. I have been tested positive for FIV, probably as a result of all the fighting. I am still a little grubby, because it turns out that humans will clean and brush you; I have decided I quite like the attention and fuss, so why should I do it myself! I am a big, nosey, fusspot who just wants a human to call my very own. Purr-lease, read up about FIV and see that it isn’t as bad as it seems, and then make sure you don’t leave me sitting here waiting for too long. Visit our FIV information page, or visit the FIV Owner's Club on our friendly forum
CHALKY is at Burton Joyce Cat Rescue, Nottingham. Rehoming across Nottinghamshire. Rescue Cat Wilbur from Lina’s Cat Rescue, Derby, needs a homeHello, my name’s Wilbur and I’m a very handsome, rather large, long haired, black and white cat who’s looking for a home because my owners have had to move abroad. I’ll be no problem at all to look after as I love nothing better than spending the day snoozing so hopefully you’ll have a nice big bed for me or some comfy cushions will do! I’m rather fond of having a potter about in the garden in between snoozes so I’d love it if you have a safe garden with plenty of space for me to explore. I’m happy enough in my own company but I do enjoy a fuss and a cuddle too. I’m looking for a home with no children and no other pets, a cosy, loving retirement home would do nicely. I love my food although I’m on a renal diet as have been diagnosed with kidney disease. I’m not on medication for that at the moment but I might need some in the future. I’ve been neutered, chipped and vaccinated and even come with 5 weeks of free insurance. I’m just waiting to hear from you now!

Rescue Cat Lily from Animal Accident Rescue Unit, Nottingham, needs a homeHi there, my name is Lily and I’m a very pretty, black, neutered, girl aged between 2-3 years old. Very little is known about my past but it’s clear that I’ve not had the best start to life. I was living as a stray for quite some time which has been very hard for me. I’ve never really had a settled life with humans, so I’m still getting used to living in a home and receiving the care and attention I need. It’s all a bit strange really.I can be quite timid and although I enjoy being in the same room as my fosterers, I’m not keen on contact at the moment and will shy away if you try to stroke me….unless I’m eating and then you can stroke away, nothing puts me off my food! I’m certain that I will get more and more comfortable with human contact as the time passes, I just need to learn to trust again.I’m very playful and will spend all evening wondering around the living room trying to find something new to play with, I have numerous toys but I’ll quite happily chase anything, a bit of stray cat litter is a favourite of mine! I’ve become very good friends with my fosterers cat, Jemima, so there’s a good chance that I could go to a home that has cats already. I also love my fosterers pug, Butch (he isnt Butch, he just thinks he is), and insist on snuggling up with him for a nap despite his objections.
LILY is at Animal Accident Rescue Unit, Nottingham. Rehoming in Nottingham and surrounding areas. To make an enquiry, please Email: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., and please mention you saw Lily on Cat Chat, thank you!

Rescue cat Maizie from Sophie's Refuge for animals in need, Nottingham, needs a homeWell hello there stranger! My name is Maizie and I'm very pleased to me you! I'm a very pretty tabby girl, with stunning grey fur and a pristine white bib. At four years old, I have been neutered and am ready for the next exciting stage of my life! I love playing with my toys at my foster home, and get on well with the resident cats; I reckon this means I'd be fine to live alongside another kitty in my new home! Like most felines I love to loll about in the garden, and would like to be able to come and go as I please; there's so much of the outside world still to explore! If there are little humans to play with I'd be happy with that too, but I'm not yet sure about living with a dog - perhaps best if it's just me to begin with! So what do you think, could I be the kitty for you? I really hope so!
MAIZIE is at Sophie’s Refuge for Animals In Need, Nottingham. Rehoming in Nottinghamshire. To make an enquiry please Email: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., and please mention you saw Maizie on Cat Chat, thank you!

Rescue cat Ginny, Animal Accident Rescue Unit, Nottingham, needs a homeMeow! My name is Ginny and my friends tell me I'm rather gorgeous! I'm a stunning ginger and white girl, but I don't let all the compliments go to my head. I'm about five years old, give or take - one loses count when you live such a non-stop life as me. For example, I currently fill my days with relaxing on a lovely soft blanket, getting my chin tickled and tummy rubbed, or a personal favourite: chomping on some smoked salmon. I am also partial to licking my human carers! Who can blame me for losing count of the years with all that going on! Before all these luxuries I did have quite a tough time of it, so am looking for a home where I can feel safe, have my needs met and also receive a bit of attention every now and again. I would love somewhere with access to the outside and have been neutered so am just waiting for the right human to come along - maybe it could be you?
GINNY is at Animal Accident Rescue Unit, Nottingham. Rehoming in Nottinghamshire. To make an enquiry please Email: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., and please mention you saw Ginny on Cat Chat, thank you!
