Sweep & River

Rescue cats Sweep and River, at Brinsley Animal Rescue, Nottingham, need a new homeHello, my name is Sweep. I’m a lovely one year old lady with a short-haired black coat, and this is my six month old tabby kitten, River. I came into rescue with River, plus my second litter of young kittens, despite only being a youngster myself. Now that my little ones have been happily homed, River and I are looking for our own wonderful forever home - one in which we can stay together, as we’re really close. We play and snooze together, groom one another and are both very sweet natured ladies who appreciate a good fuss! I’m a little timid so a peaceful home without young children and other pets will suit us best. River is more confident and will be keen to explore outside, so a home with a safe garden away from busy roads will be perfect for us. We’ve both been spayed, health-checked and microchipped. We can’t wait to begin our fantastic new life together in a loving permanent home - so please come and meet us soon!
SWEEP & RIVER are at Brinsley Animal Rescue, Nottingham. Rehoming in Nottinghamshire. Todd

Rescue cat Todd from BJ Cat Rescue, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, needs a homeHello, my name is Todd. I am a very handsome, 2 year old lad; I am neutered and ready to find my forever home. I was living on the streets for some time before I met someone who brought me a shelter and fed me, I settled into my new routine arriving daily for food and a little fuss but I couldn't stay permanently, so the rescue was asked to help me. I have had a full mot with the vet and I am ready to find my people; they will need to be patient with me as I settle in and learn that they can be trusted. I would prefer a home with no young children and no dogs, I am not sure about living with other cats. What I would love is a garden to explore eventually as I do like to be outside, although now I have found that I love a comfy bed and regular dinners more. If my forever home could be with you, then please get in touch.

Bob

Rescue cat Bob, at BJ Cat Rescue, Nottingham, needs a new homeHello, my name is Bob. I’m a gorgeous young chap of about four years old, with a short-haired black and white coat. I came into rescue as a stray, and after being neutered, vaccinated, health-tested and microchipped I’m ready to find a loving permanent home. It’s possible that I’ve never had a proper home or anyone to look after me, and I’m very anxious about being in rescue, so I really need a patient and understanding human friend who can offer me a peaceful home and all the time I need to gain confidence in my strange new role of much-loved furry resident! I could share a home with another friendly cat, but not dogs or young children. Once I’ve fully settled in I’d enjoy access to a safe garden too. If you think that you might be able to offer me the wonderful caring forever home I deserve, then please get in touch soon.

Lisette

Rescue Cat Lisette from BJ Cat Rescue, Nottingham, needs a homeHello, my name is Lisette. I'm a beautiful lady who was born in France! At some point I was transported to a rescue centre in the UK before reaching BJ Cat Rescue. I've had quite the eventful life but in my 14 years I've never had a comfortable, stable home to call my own. I long to have a nice cosy space without dogs, children or other cats, and with access to outdoors, to live out my retirement. I'm neutered and I've had a full vet check, including blood tests and dental, so I'm ready to go.
LISETTE is at BJ Cat Rescue,Nottingham. Rehoming throughout Nottinghamshire. To make an enquiry, please Email: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., and please mention you saw Lisette on Cat Chat, thank you!

Aspen

Rescue cat Aspen from BJ Cat Rescue, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, needs a homeHello there, my name is Aspen and I am here looking for a new home. The rescue tried to catch me last year when I was a youngster, to neuter me, but I was too wily and wouldn't go into the trap, all my siblings were trapped, neutered and rehomed. I continued to visit and would go into the house for food, so the decision was made to catch me before I got pregnant. This time I was caught and neutered, but that extra time without proper socialisation had left me terrified of people, being around people in the rescue has helped, but I will need a really patient home with someone who is prepared to give me all the time I need to blossom into a good companion; alternately I could find a home on a small holding or in stables, where I can be in charge of rodent control in return for a warm, safe bed and regular meals. I am only a year old and am hoping that someone will want to see me come into my own and become a confident cat, I have my paws crossed that my person could be you.
ASPEN is at BJ Cat Rescue, Nottingham. Rehoming in Nottinghamshire. To make an enquiry, please Email: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., and please mention you saw Aspen on Cat Chat, thank you!

Dotty and Elsa

Rescue Cats Dolly and Elsa from Burton Joyce Cat Rescue, NottinghamWe've been waiting over 2 years... Please pick us! Hello! My name's Dotty. I'm here with my friend Elsa. We're both around 5/6 years old and lived the first years of our lives outside, firstly feral, then housed in a kennel and fed outside. For the last couple of years we have lived in a quiet room with easy access to the garden and the countryside beyond. I'm a beautiful long haired tabby who looks for affection and attention. I love to be stroked and brushed. Elsa is a short haired white and tabby girl whose tail had to be removed. She looks for me and prefers it when I am around. She often goes out at night and then sleeps most of the day, preferably on a chair tucked under a table. She's much more nervous than me and will run if approached. Occasionally she will approach for a stroke herself, having seen me enjoy it so much! We would prefer to be your only cats, and definitley no dogs please! We can use a weak cat flap and always drink water and go to the toilet outside. Neither of us like being picked up and it is unlikely this will change. We are both lovely girls, and both neutered, but but because of our early years we're easily startled by noise and too much activity and people. We like to supplement our cat food with a little rodent control. We are looking for a special person to offer us a permanent home - someone who leads a quiet life and has a home with a garden in or on the edge of the countryside. Someone who will accept us as we are, offer us a safe, calm environment and continue to win our trust but without too much expectation that we will be like cats who have been handled from birth.
DOTTY & ELSA are at Burton Joyce Cat Rescue, Nottingham. Rehoming across Nottinghamshire. To make an enquiry please Email: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., and please mention you saw Dotty & Elsa on Cat Chat, thank you!
