Rescue cats Blue & Squirrel from Leeds Feline Friends, Leeds, West Yorkshire, need a homeHello, we are Blue & Squirrel. We are a pair of neutered, young ladies and we have found ourselves in need of a new home. I am the tabby and white and Squirrel is tortie & white. We are both a little shy and rely on each other, so would prefer to stay together. Our ideal home would be with no young children and fairly quiet, given our nervousness. We are hoping there is a patient person out there, who has a good supply of treats, because we are both partial to treats and find they really do help with the trusting process. Once we get to know you we will show you how much I like to chat and Squirrel likes a tummy tickle. If you think you could offer us a spot in your heart and home please contact the shelter.

Rescue cats Jimmy & Lucy from Leeds Feline Friends, Leeds, West Yorkshire, need a homeHello there my name is Jimmy; I am 4 years old, very handsome with my black coat and loving to boot. This is my pal Lucy, she says I am a bit of a wuss because I like to pop out and then back in again, whereas she is more of an independent lady. Lucy is also 4 and we are both neutered; I like to snuggle up with you and get fusses where Lucy will be near you but is not a lap cat. If you have a big heart and plenty of patience she will learn to trust you and in the meantime I will enjoy all the one to one attention I can get. To see Lucy blossom and find her confidence will be the best gift you can get and we have our paws crossed that our perfect person is out there waiting to fall in love.

Rescue cats Otto & Rocky from Leeds Feline Friends, Leeds, West Yorkshire, need a homeHello there, we are Otto & Rocky, best friends and also uncle and nephew. We are about a year apart in age, Rocky is 4 and I am 3 and we are very close with one another. We are both neutered and are looking for a loving home. We will need lots of affection and plenty of patience, but in return for that you will get to watch us grow and trust. I would just like to mention that Rocky, despite the name is not a fighter, just a built like a big bruiser. Do you think you could be the one to love us and teach us, if you think it could be you then get in touch to learn more about us.

Rescue cats Billy & Hayley from Leeds Feline Friends, Leeds, West Yorkshire, need a homeFelicitations dear internet peoples; my name is Billy, I have the lovely black and white coat; and this is my best pal Hayley. We are around a year old and are looking for a loving home together, oh and we are neutered too. I love a head rub but Hayley is more reserved at the moment; so we are looking for a quiet and patient home where our human understands that we will need lots of time to come round and build up our confidence. Luckily, it turns out that we both like treats and we have heard the word bribery being discussed - not entirely sure what it means but we do both enjoy a few little tidbits.

We are both playful and lots of fun, we are happy with other cats but would prefer no children in our new home. We do love a good cardboard box to sleep in and to watch the world go by. Rescue cat Porter from Leeds Feline Friends, Leeds, West Yorkshire, needs a homeHello there, my name is Porter and I am a handsome black and white chap and am around 6 years old. I was found straying and had been doing so for some time. Regular meals, a safe, warm bed and being neutered has brought an amazing change in me. I like to be stroked now, I will let you know when I have had enough, but I am learning to enjoy the company of people. I am looking for a home with no children and where I can be the only pet. My ideal home would also have a garden that I can explore and a cat flap, so I can come and go as I like; once I am fully settled in of course. If you think I could be your new BFF (best feline friend) then please let the rescue know.

Rescue Cats Garfield and Stewy from Barnsley Animal Rescue Charity, South Yorkshire, need a homeHi! My name's Garfield and I'm here with my brother Stewy. We're both neutered, 2 years old and looking for a home together. I'm more confident than Stewy but we are both lovely friendly boys. I can be a little temperamental at times, so I'd like an owner who is experienced with cats and understands that my brother and I will need time and patience to settle. We would like access to outdoors please, away from any busy roads. We would not like to live with children or dogs, but we could possibly live with another friendly cat.
GARFIELD & STEWY are at Barnsley Animal Rescue Charity (BARC). Rehoming in Barnsley, Huddersfield, Rotherham & Wakefield. To make an enquiry, please call: 07534 982314 or Email: This email address is being protected from spambots. Rescue Cat Lorne, Yorkshire Cat Rescue, Keighley needs a homeHello, my name is Lorne and I’m a little black and white girl, who’s just over 6 months old. I’ve been through a fair bit already, in my young life and I’m quite shy so I may hiss at you when I meet you. My fosterer though says that my hiss is really just a hello. I don’t like to be picked up though because of the accident I’d been involved in and which meant I arrived at YRC. I had to go through a lot at the vet. I’m doing okay now though and the lovely people at YRC will tell you all about my accident and injuries. You wouldn’t think to see me that I have pins in my pelvis, I can do everything that other cats can do and love to play and have fun! I am sensible and only do what I feel comfortable with. I’d rather be in a home with no pets and no children under 12 please. It will take time for me to settle but once I do, you’ll have a cheeky, fun cat in your life! Please give me a chance?
LORNE is at Yorkshire Cat Rescue, Keighley. Rehoming in West Yorkshire. To make an enquiry, please call: 01535 647184 or Email: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., and please mention you saw Lorne on Cat Chat, thank you!

Rescue Cats Maggie, Monty & Matilda from Cat Action Trust 1977 - Leeds, Leeds, West Yorkshire needs a homeHello, I’m Maggie and I’m mum to Matilda and Monty my two kittens. Monty is a sleek black little chap and Matilda is a pretty black and white girlie. I’m a tortoiseshell and I’ve now been neutered as will Matilda and Monty once they’re old enough. We’re a very close little family and we’re really hoping that someone can find it in their hearts to give all of us a home, so that we can stay together. We’re still really nervous and need a home with very experienced cat owners who will take the time and effort to help us settle in. We have made progress and will climb over our fosterer as she plays with us but we’re all still a bit feisty and can still hiss a bit. We’re looking for a home with no other pets and no young children. We’ve been vaccinated and are microchipped. Please could you give us a chance?

Rescue cats Choccie, Sylvester and Bramley from Cat Action Trust 1977 - Leeds, West Yorkshire, need a homeHi, there lovely people, the three of us boys were living a life on the streets before being rescued. We were being fed by a group of neighbours but lived outside. We would just love the chance to have a proper family and home life. After living outside for so long, we would need a patient owner who would give us time to settle in a safe indoor space. Being warm all the time, even in bad weather is our dream! Don't even mention having somewhere soft to sleep - a proper luxury for us! We are special boys and the rescue people think that with time we'll all make wonderful companions. We are all vaccinated, microchipped, neutered and FeLV/FIV negative. So please have a little think about it. We'd love to see you for a visit!

Rescue cats Skye, Kuba & Pippafrom Pawprints Cat Rescue, Bradford, West Yorkshire, need a home We've been waiting over a year... Please pick us! Hello there, my name is Skye and I'm about 2 years old and these are my daughter Pippa and my son Kuba. We have had quite a tough life living on the streets from a semi-feral background. This has made us quite timid but we are gaining in confidence in the rescue centre as people are kind to us and we learn to trust. Kuba is more confident that myself and Pippa and is a friendly boy - once he gets to know you. We would like a home with patient owners who will let us find our feet at our own pace, preferably with experience of helping cats like us and who can give us the time we need to settle. It can be very rewarding gaining the trust of a shy cat! We are neutered now so no more daughters (or sons)! Please say you will have a think about helping us be the companions we want to be but are too shy.
