Rescue cat Purdy from Yorkshire Animal Shelter, Yorkshire, needs homeHi, I'm Purdy and I'm a gentle girl who was rescued after being abandoned at the gates of a cattery. I'm around 7 years old and I'm understandably a nervous girl who will need a little time to settle in, in a quiet home. I'm afraid of other cats and the stress of having them around has made me urinate in the house, which I'm incredibly embarrased about. I would like to be an only cat please, because of this. I'm neutered, microchipped, vaccinated and fully health checked. So if you think you could be my special human, please give the lovely rescue people a call.
PURDY is at Yorkshire Animal Shelter, rehoming in North and West Yorkshire. To make an enquiry please call 07968 817 803 or Email: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., and please mention you saw Purdy on Cat Chat, thank you!

Rescue cat Woody, from Royston Animal Welfare, Barnsley, needs a homeHi folks, I'm Woody! Howdy howdy howdy. I am a handsome black-coated lad of only 8 months old; I sure am pleased to make your acquaintance! Now the first thing you should know about me is that I love to play, like most kittens do! My favourite pastime is chasing that pesky feathered varmint on a stick, do you know where he went?? Heck I almost had him as well! It takes a lot to tire me out as there's just so much darn exploring and investigating to do, so I reckon I'd find it real nice to have a ranch (or house) where I can roam around outside, especially if you can keep an eye on me while I get used to it for the first few times! I'd also like to be the only pet if you please, you know what they say about the town not being big enough...! Now I know there's all sorts of talk about black kitties... firstly, you should know that it's true we go with everything, and secondly, we're very lucky! Now I can't confirm the validity of these claims (maybe you'll find out?) but one thing's for sure: you'd feel ever so lucky adopting me. So what do you say? To infinity, and beyond? I've been neutered, chipped and am all up to date on my vaccinations, so please do get in touch if you're interested!

Rescue cat Andrea from Leeds Cat Rescue, North Yorkshire, West Yorkshire, needs a homeHello, my name is Andrea. I came into the rescue last year after being found on a doorstep with my kittens. I was a great mum and my happy, healthy kittens all found loving homes. I, on the other hand, have had some traumatic experiences with humans, I was very cautious and didn't trust people; the people here have worked hard and I have been shown that humans are lovely, in return I have blossomed into an affectionate cat but I will need a home where I will be given plenty of time to settle in. I would like to find a home where there is only one other cat for some company. I would rather be in an home with no children but would love a garden for some sunbathing. If you can offer me a loving home please get in touch; I have been neutered and am ready to find my forever family.

Rescue cats Poppy and Clover, from Feral Cat Welfare, Leeds, need a homeA great big meow from us both, firstly to say "Hello!" and secondly to introduce ourselves to you. We are Clover and Poppy and, if you are a fan of terrific tabbies, we might just be the cats for you. We are two girls aged around six years old and have been put back into foster care due to a newborn baby in the family unfortunately being allergic to us. It was very sad for us to leave our home of five years, but we hope our lovable personalities and gorgeous tabby looks can help us find a new place that's just as welcoming. We both take a little while to settle into a new environment, but I, Clover, tend to be the more confident cat. Every now and then you will find me darting around the house, while Poppy is more likely to lounge around, demanding attention of you on her terms and only when she feels like it! We have been used to living around sensible children and other cats, so we would be happy to get to know any such creatures in our new home and, while we would love access to the outside, our slightly nervous nature means we never go far so would soon be back with you. We have been vaccinated, neutered and microchipped, and are currently lounging around our fosterer's home waiting for you to get in touch!
POPPY & CLOVER are at Feral Cat Welfare, Leeds. Rehoming across Yorkshire, may go further for right home. To make an enquiry, please Email: This email address is being protected from spambots. Rescue cat Sammie, at Royston Animal Welfare, Barnsley, needs a new homeHello, my name is Sammie.  I’m a beautiful tabby and white girl of six years old, and I’m looking for a peaceful permanent home in which I can fulfil my dream of becoming a much loved lap cat.  If you can give me a little time and understanding whilst I regain my confidence in a new home then I’ll welcome gentle fusses and become a wonderful furry companion.  A home as the only pet, and without children, will suit me best.  I may also adapt to life as an indoor-only cat in the right home.  If you could offer me the affection and care I deserve, then I’m waiting to meet you!
SAMMIE is at Royston Animal Welfare, Barnsley. Rehoming in South Yorkshire and West Yorkshire. Rescue cat Chinny from Yorkshire Animal Shelter needs homeHey there! fancy a chat? Well, I'm Chinny and I'm about 18 months old and neutered. I ended up in rescue as my previous human moved away and left me behind. I was alone in the flat for a week before I was discovered. Despite this I'm a friendly boy who loves humans. I adore strokes and cuddles - I just want to be loved. As a friendly and easygoing cat I would settle into most households if I'm loved and if there is a safe space outside for me to play. Thanks for listening, now won't you come and see me please?

Rescue cat Hildy, at Independent Cat Rescue, Dewsbury, needs a new homeHello, my name is Hildy. I’m a gorgeously fluffy tabby and white lady of around one year old, and I’m looking for a loving permanent home. Like most youngsters I’m full of energy, and love zooming around and playing with my toys. I’m great fun but can be feisty at times, so a home without young children will suit me best. I love human company and affection but am far too busy to spend long periods curled up on laps; there’s just far too much mischief to get up to! I have been spayed. If you think that you could offer me the wonderful caring home I deserve, then please get in touch!
