Rescue cat Reggie from Yorkshire Animal Shelter, Leeds, North Yorkshire, West Yorkshire, needs a homeHi there. I am Reggie and I came to the shelter when my human passed away and I was locked out of my home when it was cleared. I am only two years old and I am a lovely tabby and white neutered lad. Everyone here loves my little gravy moustache and goatee. I am looking for a home with no other cats and no young children, older ones would be OK I think; ooh and my wish list would also include a garden for exploring, once I have settled in of course. If you think you might have the room in your heart and your home for me then please get in touch as soon as you can. I am not coping well in the shelter and am really in need of a home of my very own.
REGGIE is at Yorkshire Animal Shelter, rehoming in North and West Yorkshire. To make an enquiry please call 07968 817 803 or Email: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., and please mention you saw Reggie on Cat Chat, thank you!

Rescue cat Einstein from Yorkshire Animal Shelter, Leeds, North Yorkshire, West Yorkshire, needs a homeHello everyone; my name is Einstein, well Professor Einstein to be precise. I an a two (ish) year old, handsome and neutered chap. I was found starving, un-neutered and as a result had been fighting and was covered in cuts. My eye was badly damaged and couldn’t be saved by the vets, so it was decided that I would manage perfectly well with just one eye and it has healed nicely. I am looking for a home where there are no children and I am hoping that my humans will be patient and understand that I can be a little nervous, occasionally I could be described as grumpy, but given all that I have been through it is understandable. I would need to be in a home well away from busy roads as I don’t have good peripheral vision. The chaps here would be happy to discuss anything you want to know, so just give them a call and arrange to come and meet me; you might just fall in love.

Rescue cat Toby, at Leeds Cat Rescue, needs a new homeHello, my name is Toby.  I'm a gorgeous, playful young chap of around four years old with a short-haired white and black coat.  I'm looking for a caring permanent home with a garden to play in, and a kind human or two to give me plenty of love and attention.  I'm an energetic, inquisitive little fellow who'll bring lots of fun and adorable kitty companionship into my forever home, which I'd be happy to share with another friendly cat or laidback dog.  I have been neutered.  I'm told that black and white cats often get overlooked, but I simply can't believe that any sensible human who met me would fail to fall instantly in love!  If you have a space in your heart and home for a fabulous feline, then why not come and meet me, and see for yourself?
TOBY is at Leeds Cat Rescue (formerly Leeds Animal Rescue). Rehoming Leeds, Collingham and North Yorkshire. Rescue cat Angel, from Leeds Cat Rescue, needs a homeHello there, how do you do? My name is Angel. I'm a 2-year-old calico girl with a snow white bib and belly, and after having had kittens of my own I am now neutered (phew!). My short life has been unsettling to say the least; much of it spent in the cellars of my previous owner's house and neighbouring houses. As you can imagine, the past year or so has been very scary for me and as such I struggle to cope with loud or sudden noises. My trust in humans is understandably quite shaken at this point, though I am definitely open to love and be loved again in the right home; I still adore being stroked and held, even after so much time spent with only my kittens for company. I don't think anything would give me greater pleasure than to live in a quiet home, with access to a comfy lap and tickles, and above all, some fresh air! I would love to feel the sun on my face after being cooped up for so long, though I'm quickly learning that the British weather is quite unreliable for that! Although I have been isolated for quite some time, I think I could live with maybe older children, a gentle dog or a friendly cat companion - though all that matters to me really is that I have your love and fusses all to myself; I think I deserve it, don't you agree?

Rescue cats the Moomins from Leeds Cat Rescue, North Yorkshire, West Yorkshire, need a homeHi there, we are the Moomins; four youngsters who arrived at the rescue a year ago when we were were only 4 weeks old. We are now one and can you believe it, we are still looking for someone to offer us homes. There are 4 of us, but we would be happy to go off in pairs. We have been neutered and are really well socialised; we could fit into just about any household and will make fantastic companions. We can be a little shy at first, but once we get to know you our affectionate and playful purr-sonalities will shine through. If you are looking for someone to snuggle up to then do get in touch and see if we could be your little bundles of fun.
THE MOOMINS are at Leeds Cat Rescue. Rehoming in North & West Yorkshire, and surrounding areas. Rescue cat Tegan, from Saltburn Animal Rescue Association, Redcar, needs a homeHello there! My name is Tegan. Pleasure to meet you! I'm a lovely velvet-black chap around two to three years old, neutered, with the most hauntingly beautiful eyes you'll ever see. Aren't I just spectacular? Sometimes I find my own perfection a bit overwhelming and tend to feel a bit shy around people, but I think with some well-deserved fuss and cuddles, I'll be the friendliest family pet you couldn't help but love. I've previously been a stray, so I'd say I'm pretty streetwise and would like a bit of outdoor space to strut my stuff in - that is, when the sun's out! On rainy days, a quiet, calm household would suit me just fine, though I'm not keen on children. I don't know what I think about dogs yet, and I'm not sure about a kitty companion - probably best if I'm the only cat; but with all this going on, would you really need anyone else? If you think I could be the perfect puss for you, please get in touch - you won't regret it.
TEGAN is at Saltburn Animal Rescue Association, Redcar. Rehoming in Durham and North Yorkshire. Rescue Cat Terry from Saltburn Animal Rescue Association, Redcar, needs a homeHello! I’m Terry, I’m a handsome, male, black cat who’s got lots of love to give and I’m looking for someone to share it with! I was found as a stray but I’m very affectionate and if I think you’re ignoring me, I can be quite vocal in getting your attention! I’m about 8 years old and am looking for an indoor home with an experienced cat owner and one where I’d be your only pet (and I can get all your attention!) I’m not sure about living with children but have a word with the lovely people here and they’ll be able to help you. I’ve been neutered and am in good health although I have tested positive for FIV although I should be able to live a happy and full life and I also come with a pension plan when I find my new home. For more information on FIV (Visit our FIV information page, or visit the FIV Owner's Club on our friendly forum)
