Rescue cat Eve, at Blue Cross Cambridge Rehoming Centre, needs a homeHello, my name is Eve. I’m a beautiful, ten year old, spayed girl with a short-haired black and white coat. I’m looking for a calm and peaceful permanent home where I can grow in confidence, relax and at long last feel safe. A home without other pets would suit me best, with a human friend or friends who will give me the patience and time I need to settle in at my own pace. I may be able to share a home with older, sensible children. I’ve shown (to the kind people who fed me) the true friendly nature that underlies the frightened girl you’ll initially meet, and in my wonderful forever home I’ll be able to blossom into a contented and relaxed furry companion. Once I’ve settled in I’d enjoy having access to a safe garden too. Could you offer me the loving home I deserve?

Rescue cat Susie, from Blue Cross - Cambridge Rehoming Centre, needs a homeHi there, my name is Susie. Don't I look adorable in my photo? I'm a neutered black and white girl of a very distinguished eleven years old. I am looking for a calm and quiet home where I can stretch out and relax, without fear of other pets or noisy young humans - though I could possibly live with older children if they're kind to me. I need lots of kindness you see, as I'm very shy and it's likely to take me a while to come out of my shell at first. My favourite thing to do is snuggle up nice and warm in my igloo bed, so cosy! Once I'm settled and comfortable in my new home I'll be happy to have a wander around the house, maybe sit on a windowsill or curl up on a cushion. When it's nice out I'd like to be able to have a bit of a sunbathe too, so access to the outdoors would be perfect. I also love my food, so that's maybe a way of winning my heart if you can find out my favourite snack! It'll be worth the wait of winning me over, I promise. If you think you have a Susie-shaped place in your heart and home, please get in touch - you won't regret it!
