Rescue cat Old Tom from National Animal Welfare Trust Tameside, Manchester, needs a homeHi there, my name is Old Tom and I am a neutered, 13 year old gent, who is looking for a new home; I could happily live as an outdoor cat, although I am slowly adjusting to living indoors. I came in having lived outdoors in various outbuildings and kennels, I was quite content but the human who was feeding me had to move and as worried that no-one else would so they contacted the chaps here. I am a nervous chap, but given my history that is to be expected; having said that I am settling onto the rescue, well if it wasn’t for the other cats here life would be rosy. Everyone has paws and fingers crossed that someone out there can offer me a home and they will have experience of semi-ferals and preferably no other cats. If you could offer a loving retirement home please get in touch, I am here waiting for you.

Rescue Cat Teddy from Kathy’s Cat Rescue, The Wirral needs a homeHello, my name’s Teddy I’m a 4 year old tabby and white boy in need of a special person with lots of patience and love. I was found as a stray and nobody quite knows what happened to me and I’m not telling but I am quite timid and don’t have much confidence. I’m gentle and very well behaved, I just need some time spent with me and have a home of my own where I’ll feel safe and loved. I love my food and I just want a quiet home with a safe garden, where I can grow in confidence. I’ve been neutered, vaccinated and treated for worms and fleas. I’m okay with children and I could share with other cats but I’m not sure about dogs. Could you offer me the special home I’m looking for?

WILLIS is at RSPCA Cheshire AltrinchamHi There, My name is Willis and I am aged 4, Pleased to meet you. I had a bit of a rough time recently, I was abandoned by my previous owner and left to fend for myself. A lovely person looked after me on his allotment for a short time but sadlyhe had to move away, so I was all alone once again. A place was found at the rescue for me and have been here a few weeks now, so have had chance to settle and realise that all humans wont abandone me in my time of need. So I am now ready for my new loving home, I am a bit nervous on first meeting, but please bear with me. I am loving lad and once I know you I want nothing more than to snuggle up next to you. I love Whiskers food and the odd chin tickle, my absolute favourite things are ham and catnip, and a good ole roll round with my toys. I would like to be the only pet please and would prefer a quiet home without young children as they sacre me. I would really like a nice quiet safe garden where I can have a little walk round and know that I am able to come back in again. After my experience of going out and never being let back in to my home again is very upsetting. I am neutered, vaccinated and microchipped and ready for my new quiet, loving home with you!.

Rescue cat Huggy Bear from Cats Protection Stockport, Cheshire, Lancashire, needs a homeHi there; I am Huggy Bear and I am a super sleek, handsome, black chap. I am around 6 years old and have been neutered. I have been described as having a wonderful character, I am easy going and very friendly, and because all those things are lovely I will agree wholeheartedly. I am on the prowl for a loving new home; somewhere without other pets so that I can receive all the love and attention. I could live with older children as long as no-one minds having me as their shadow or a snuggly lap warmer. I would like a garden, so that I can patrol and make sure everything is ship shape. I have all my paws crossed that my purrfect human is reading this and will arrange to meet me as soon as possible. If you think I could be the cat for you, please get in touch as soon as you can.

Rescue cat Smudge, at RSPCA - Macclesfield, South East Cheshire & Buxton, needs a new homeHello, my name is Smudge.  I'm a sweet and very handsome young chap of two years old, and I arrived in rescue from a large group of over twenty cats.  Due to this I haven't had much interaction with humans and am consequently very shy, though I'm fine with other friendly cats.  Given all the time, understanding and patience I need to gain confidence in a calm home I'll be able to show you what a lovely, affectionate little fellow I am - full of purrs and head butts!  I've been health checked, worm and flea treated, microchipped and neutered, and have started my vaccinations, so I'm ready to find my wonderful forever home.  Could you give me the love and gentle reassurance that will help me to thrive?  Please get in touch.

Rescue cat Miss Lemon from National Animal Welfare Trust Tameside, Manchester, needs a homeHi there, my name is Miss Lemon and I am a beautiful smokey grey & white lass. I am 5 years old and have been neutered. I find myself in need of a new home; you see, my human has had to go into a home and I can’t go with her; I am missing her and a loving home very much. I am hoping that I will find a home where I can be the only pet and where there are only adults, as I am not used to small humans. I am a lovely little lady, I do have a little bit of ‘cattitude’, so I will need a patient human who will let me have all the time I need to adjust and get to know you properly. It would be fabulous if you have a garden as I do like a little potter around, I used to spend my days in the garden and it is something I am really missing. Now, if you think I should be the cat that comes home with you, do get in touch as soon as you possibly can, my bags could be packed in a jiffy. I have my paws crossed that someone will see this and fall in love, because so far all I have done is wait for someone to visit me and see if they could fall in love.

Rescue cats Sephton & Ginger from Kathys Cat Rescue, Wirral, Cheshire, Merseyside, need a homeHi there, we are a pair of 3 year old, neutered chaps. I am unsurprisingly ginger and white tabby and my black & white pal is Sephton. We came in to rescue because we had lost our human and there was no-one left to care for us; we have been here 8 months now and not one person has even asked about us. We are looking for a home where we can get the attention we love so much; we are very well behaved and could be either house cats or go outside if there is a garden for exploring, Sephton likes a wander and to explore but I am more of a homebody. We came in together and would like to stay that way as we are really bonded, we follow each other everywhere and give each other headbumps; we understand that it is a big ask to take on two cats, but we are desperate to stay together. We are happy to share our home with other cats and children, not so sure about dogs though. If you could offer us the home we crave, please get in touch as soon as you can and the human here will be happy to have a chat; we have all our paws crossed that yu will be the one to offer us a home.
