Rescue cat Athena, at Kitten Karers, St Helens, needs a new homeHello, my name is Athena. I’m a very lovely tabby and white, short haired lady of just one year old, and I’m in search of a loving permanent home. Having originally been brought into rescue as a tiny kitten along with my mother and siblings, I was rehomed but unluckily became lost from my new family, and by the time I was found they no longer had space in their home for me. I’m understandably feeling very timid at the moment, but I’m hoping to find another chance at happiness in a caring forever home where I’ll be given lots of time and understanding as I settle in and gain confidence. I could share a home with sensible children and a friendly dog or cat, and eventually I’d enjoy having access to a safe garden. I have been spayed. What I need most of all is a patient human friend who will not give up on me because of my timidity, but offer me a calm, loving home in which I can blossom into a contented and relaxed young cat. Could you be the friend I’m looking for?

Rescue Cats Semi Feral Kittens, Kathy's Cat Rescue, The Wirral needs a homeHello! We’re hoping to find a couple of loving forever homes. We were born to a mum who was a stray but she wasn’t feral, we weren’t found out about until we were about 3 months and so hadn’t been handled. We’re not totally feral and we’re not aggressive but we are very timid and shy and will need a bit of patience, lots of love and time spent on us to help us blossom into friendly cats, but think how proud you’ll feel at helping us grow! We’re 4 months old now so we’re young enough yet to learn how lovely humans can be. There are 4 of us but the lovely people here would like us to go in pairs, we’ll feel a bit more confident going to a new home with a friend. We’re tortie and white and black and white and males and females. We’ve been neutered, vaccinated deflead and wormed. We’d need to be kept inside for quite a long time but once we were settled we could either be house cats or be able to go outside. We’re best not living with children and not with dogs but we could share with other cats. We’re hoping there are some special people out there who have a big kind heart and could give us the chance we’re looking for?

Rescue cat Maxine, at Rescue Me Animal Sanctuary, Liverpool, needs a new homeHello, my name is Maxine. I’m a fabulous lady of nearly 17 years old; I’m spayed and have a short haired black coat. I came into rescue after being abandoned, and I’m now enjoying some pampering in foster care where my main interests are sleeping, eating and being cuddled. Both my foster mum and the vet think that I’m in really splendid condition for my age, and I’m hoping to find a wonderful permanent home in which I can receive all the love I deserve. Since I’m looking to enjoy my retirement in peaceful surroundings, a home without young children or boisterous pets will suit me best. If you think that you might be able to offer me care and companionship in a quiet, indoor-only home, then I’d love to meet you!

Rescue cat Autumn from Kathy’s Cat Rescue, The Wirral, needs a homeHello, my name is Autumn. I'm a pretty black female cat looking for a home of my own with some loving humans. I came into the rescue after being found looking after my kittens behind a supermarket. Sadly, one of my kittens was killed by someone setting their dog on them. I was very scared coming into the rescue, and can be timid with new people, which I'm sure you can understand. However, after initially being very frightened here I am now very affectionate and love being fussed and stroked! I will need a little bit of time to settle into my new home and would appreciate patient and kind humans. I'm a young cat; about 1 year old and I will make a lovely pet. I just need a caring human to allow me the time I need to trust you. I've now been neutered, flead and wormed and am having my first vaccination soon. I would like access to the outdoors in my new home please, somewhere away from busy roads. I should be able to live with other cats, and with understanding children. I'm unsure about dogs. I'm a gorgeous cat and have a lot of love to give so please get in touch.

Rescue cat China Rose from Phoenix Cat Trust, Liverpool, Merseyside, needs a homeI've been waiting over a year... Please pick me! Look at that face, how could you resist offering me a home? By the way, my name is China Rose and I am stunning 3 year old, neutered girl. I am an independent lady who is in the market for a new human who is willing to adore me; in return I will amuse you by playing with my toys and demonstrating the best way to stalk a toy mouse. Being so utterly fabulous I am willing to let you stroke me but will politely let you know when I have had enough. I have decided that I need a human with no other pets, I will need all of your attention to be on me, some may call me a diva - I say it is the way every cat should be treated! I would rather not live with children as they might not understand that I have had enough and leave me alone. I am chipped, vaccinated and ready to go; I could have my bags packed in a jiffy, so do get in touch as soon as you can.

Rescue cats Maggie, Jake & Kirstie from Garston Animal Rescue, South Liverpool, need a new homeWe’ve been waiting over a year… Please pick us! Hi, we are Maggie, Jake and Kristie and we are a family that was rescued back in 2014 from a freezing car park by one of the volunteers here. When we were found we were very frightened and hungry. Now, we know that it will be a very special someone that comes forward to offer us a home as we really do need to stay together. Jake is the friendly one but Kirsty and I are very nervous and shy. We are hoping to find a home that is quiet and patient and will give us the time and confidence to shine. We have all been neutered and are happy to live with other cats, dogs and even children as long as they understand that we may need space sometimes. If you think you could help us please do get in touch as soon as you can, surely we have waited long enough!
