Shadow

Rescue cat Shadow, at Team Cat Rescue, Birmingham, needs a new homeHello, my name is Shadow. I'm a handsome young chap of just eight months old, with a short haired black coat, and I'm looking for a permanent loving home. I came into rescue care with my sister Genie when we were tiny kittens, so if you are considering offering a home to two cats then we'd make the perfect feline duo - though I can also be homed by myself. We are good friends and will cuddle together when we need a rest from playing with dangly toys and anything else we can chase around. I'm a thoroughly sweet and affectionate boy and will chirp happily while playing and when rewarded with a treat. I've been neutered, microchipped and vaccinated, and once I've settled into my new home I'd enjoy access to the outdoors. If you think that you may be able to offer me my wonderful forever home, please get in touch.
SHADOW is at Team Cat Rescue, Birmingham. Rehoming in and around Birmingham, but will consider further afield for the right home. Agatha

Rescue Cat Agatha, Kats Cradle Cat Rescue, Wolverhampton needs a homeHello, I'm Agatha, a pretty, black and white girl who's 18 months old. I was found in a garden, as a stray and I had kittens. Not having had the best of starts to my life, I arrived in care a bit unsure of humans and any sudden hand movements can still make me jumpy. I've settled into the rescue more now and as well as having a big personality, I am happy to be stroked, in fact I'll even run to you for a fuss! I can be quite vocal and I've got the most unusual eyes, they're different colours! I'm looking for a home where I can be the centre of your world so no children and I'd prefer to be your only pet please. I'm due to be neutered and other than that, I'm good to go. I'm hoping my special person/people is/are out there and that they can give me a safe, loving home where I can blossom! Could that be with you?

Jasmine

Rescue cat Jasmine from Wythall Animal Sanctuary, Birmingham, West Midlands, needs a homeHello, my name is Jasmine. I am a 5 year old, neutered lass and I am here for the second time. I lived here as a baby as I had a difficult start to life. I had a nasty bug and had to have plenty of TLC to help me fight it off; once I recovered I was fine but I think it put people off and it took quite a while for me to find someone who thought I was purr-fect. Sadly, my person has become too ill to care for me and so I am keeping my paws crossed that this time it won't take so long for someone to pick me. I am looking for a nice quiet home as I can get a bit stressed, and I have suffered from Urinary tract infections before, especially if there are lots of comings and goings with people I don't know, but supplements are helping manage this. While I am friendly, I do take a while to learn to trust, once I do you will get to see my funny side and my big personality. I like fusses and tickles and cuddles too, but sometimes also need my space. I am hoping to find a home where I am the only pet, I could live with children 14+ and would love a safe garden to explore when fully settled in. If you are interested in offering me a home, please get in touch and find out more about me.

Trevor

Rescue Cat Trevor from Team Cat Rescue, Birmingham, needs a homeHi, my name's Trevor. I'm a neutered 6 year old lad, looking for a warm, loving home after spending most of my life outside. I really do enjoy being indoors now, although I might like a home with an outdoor space to explore if that was on offer. I'm an undemanding fellow - other than fuss, my priority is a comfortable, safe home and a lap to curl up on. I love purring and giving you a good knead, and I'm coming around to the concept of playing. I've had some teeth removed but I still have some teeth on the bottom front and some smaller ones at the front top. It helps if I'm fed small amounts at a time as I can forget myself and eat too quickly. I like soft food and treats like Lick-e-lix and dry food that has been softened in water. I would like to be the only pet, in a child-free home.

Annie

Rescue cat Annie from Wythall Animal Sanctuary, Birmingham, needs homeHello, my name is Annie and I am a 2-year-old neutered girl. I came into the sanctuary in November last year after I was sadly dumped outside the sanctuary gates one evening in a carrier. I was understandably a little stressed when I came in and it took me a bit of time to settle. I soon started to come out of my shell and show my sweet and fun personality. I am a loving girl and do love attention and affection on my terms. I will gently tell you when I’m no longer in the mood for attention with a little tap or nip. My new humans will need to be patient with me whilst getting to know my personality. I will always come back for more loves when I am ready. My carers think I have such a playful, fun, and loving personality and will bring lots of joy to someone. I love to play with my toys and I mostly enjoy the feather teaser toys! I can get a little bit wary at times but in a calm pet free home my carer thinks I will show my true adorable self but I just need that chance! I am such a sweet young girl and have been so overlooked and have been waiting far too long for my forever home!

Asta & Espen

Rescue Cats Asta & Espen, Wythall Animal Sanctuary, Birmingham needs a homeHello, I'm Asta and I'm here with my brother Espen and we're hoping to find ourselves our purrfect forever home. We're both black and white, short haired, around 1 year old and neutered. We didn't have the best of starts, we were taken into the rescue after being found on the streets at 10 weeks old. After being found, we both started developing sores over our body, we found out that we had a virus. We're both completely better from that now, after careful looking after. I ended up with a bit of a wobble and being a bit uncoordinated. The vet people checked me over and I didn't have any other conditions, they said that a part of my brain had been damaged with the virus, the bit which controls my central nervous system. I've grown more and have adapted to living with my disability, I can still jump, climb and run, just not in the normal way. The people in the rescue say that I haven't let it stop me and that I'm an adorable and curious girl! My brother is a bit wary of humans, he didn't like getting the medicine for the virus and took a while to trust. He has grown in confidence though and after bonding with his main carer, has shown what a sweet lovely boy he is. We really want to find a home together please, we rely on each other and love each other so much. We would prefer an indoor home although a catio or a fully secured, cat proof garden We'd be best going to a home with older children, Espen will gently tap with his paw, to ask you to stop, if he's overwhelmed with cuddles and fusses. We could share with another friendly cat but would prefer not to live with a dog please. We think we're a super special pair who desesrve to find a home where we'll be loved to bits. If you think you might have that kind of home, please get in touch?

Demi

Rescue cat Demi from Stray Cat Rescue Team West Midlands, Wolverhampton, West Midlands, needs a homeHow do you do? My name is Demi and I am hoping you could help me find patient and understanding home. I had a rough start to life; living on the streets as an un-neutered female is no fun and I had given birth to at least one litter of kittens before arriving at the rescue heavily pregnant. I raised my babies and watched them be chosen, whilst no one came to choose me. I am neutered now and am looking for a home where I can continue learning to trust humans; I am making progress each day and will now accept being stroked. With any move I am likely to go backwards a little but with the right person and a good dose of TLC, I will make a wonderful companion cat. In an ideal world I would like a home where I can go outside; I am not too sure about sharing with other pets but could probably live with older children. If you think you could fall in love and make my dreams come true, please get in touch.

Gabby

Rescue Cat Gabby, Midlands Animal Rescue Team, Walsall needs a homeHello, my name's Gabby and I'm hoping to find my forever home. I'm a gorgeous, black and white, short haired girl and I'm only young, I think I'm somewhere between 1 and 2 years old. I didn't have the best starts in life and arrived at the rescue after being found collapsed. The vet people thought that Id had too much sun, they sorted out a flea allergy I had and only after I went back to the vet people to be spayed, was my fractured jaw found. Of course, I wasn't able to meow anything to help let them know what was wrong! I am doing much better now and am fully recovered! I am a very loving little girl and although I'm not keen on other cats, I wouldn't mind a gentle dog. I'm not sure about living with children, but you can always ask the rescue people to check. I think I'm the sweetest girl, but for you to find out, you'll have to come and meet me! I've got my paws crossed that my forever person or people find me soon - could it be you?

Missy & Sheldon

Rescue cats Missy &. Sheldon, at Stray Cat Rescue Team West Midlands, Wolverhampton, need a new homeHello, we are Missy and Sheldon, a brother and sister duo looking for a cosy and quiet home where we can begin a fantastic new life together. We had a traumatic start in life, and came into rescue after being found soaking wet, poorly and terrified in a garden at just six weeks old. Our rescuers have worked really hard to gain our trust and are helping us learn that humans can be non-scary (and providers of nice treats). We're now six months old, neutered, and ready to find a permanent home where we can build a bond with our new human friend and grow to feel contented and secure. A calm and peaceful home without children or dogs will suit us best, though another friendly feline who can show us the ropes would be a bonus. Eventually we'd like access to a safe garden too. Do you think that you could offer us the time and understanding we need in a loving forever home?

Logan & Bobcat

Rescue cats Logan and BobCat from Stray Cat Rescue Team West Midlands, Wolverhampton, West Midlands, needs a homeHow do you do? We are Logan (ginger & white, age 5) and Bobcat (tabby, age 8); we met at the rescue and have become best pals, a bit of a bromance really. I arrived with a nasty wound on my neck and it took a while to heal, I was not a happy boy... until I met Bobcat. Bobcat had spent time as a stray and had, at some point, lost his tail, not that it bothers him at all. We were introduced and our bond was almost instant. I am more confident that Bobcat, I like a stroke and affection if a little timid at first; Bobcat will need someone to give him the time he needs to find his feet and confidence; we both love treats which can help us make friends. We could happily live with other cats, children 10 and over but no dogs please? Oh, and we are both neutered. If you can offer myself and my bestie here a loving home, please pick up that phone or send an email as soon as you can.

Kinder & Chomp

Rescue Cats Kinder & Chomp, ,Kings Heath Cat Rescue, Birmingham needs a homeHello! We arrived as a terrific trio but Daim, our brother was lucky enough to find his special people and we're hoping it's going to be our turn now! We're a delightful duo of cats, I'm Kinder and I'm mostly black with some white and a short haired coat and Chomp is also short haired but with more white and an awesome black eye patch! We were very timid when we first arrived, but after some work by our foster people, we decided that we'd quite like some humans of our own! We're only 1 year old and full of life, we're always on the go. We think we'd be okay to live with children but possibly old enough to know that being young cats, we might scratch when we get excited but we don't mean anything by it. We could live with other cats but we haven't met dogs and so don't know if we could live with one of those. We've been neutered, vaccinated, chipped and are up to date with our flea and worm treatments. We come with 5 weeks of insurance. Do you think you might have room for a delightful pair of young boys in your home?

Rescue cats Daphne and Celeste, at Stray Cat Rescue Team West Midlands, Wolverhampton, need a new homeHello, we are Daphne and Celeste. We are a closely bonded pair of short-haired tortoiseshell ladies who arrived in rescue from a rough life on the streets, and we're looking for a caring permanent home together. We are only around three years old and are both spayed. Due to our early experiences we are very timid girls, but have gone from strength to strength in rescue and love our home comforts. We're looking for a calm and understanding home where we can continue to gain confidence and flourish at our own pace, and will be showered with the love, time, patience and treats we deserve. We may never want to be picked up or cuddled, but have great potential to thrive in a home environment where we can accept attention on our own terms. We are fine with other cats but would prefer a home without dogs. Eventually, once we have fully settled in, we'd enjoy access to a safe garden. Rescue Cats Ronnie, Roxy & Frankie, Stray Cat Rescue Team West Midlands Wolverhampton needs a homeHello, I'm Ronnie and I'm here with my brother Frankie and sister Roxy to find ourselves a home to call our own. We're an 18 month old group of siblings and are all short haired. Roxy and me are tabby in colour and Frankie is black and white. We're very close and love to give head bumps and snuggle with each other. We were really scared when we were first fostered but with time, love and patience we've come on really well! I'm the biggest and although I might take a little time to come to you, once I do I love to lie close to you and enjoy rubs under my chin! Roxy's not quite at the stage of being touched but she's very close and I've been telling her how wonderful cuddles are! She's very curious and loves to climb. Frankie is the most timid of us and at the moment will come into a room to watch what's going on. He loves playing with Roxy and me though and we're always playing together! We've been neutered and are looking for an adult only home with no other pets. We'd also love a garden to race around and burn off some energy! We're hoping someone patient and kind is out there and is looking for a little feline family to join them because we'd be perfect! Could you be our new family?

Rescue cat Gerry from Little Paws Cat Haven, Wolverhampton, West Midlands, needs a homeHello there, are you looking for a feline friend? My name is Gerry, I am a little bit of ginger spice, just for you. I am 14 years old (ish) and neutered. I arrived during the extreme heat last summer; I was dehydrated and very hungry - to the point of collapse. Having spent a long time as a stray the idea of being an owned cat again was alien to me; I didn't know how to use cat litter and wanted to spend all my time outside in a catio. With lots of TLC and attention I have grown used to being cared for and have found that a warm bed, regular food and plenty of fusses are wonderful things, I have been known to nag if my dinner is not served on time! I am looking for a long term foster or a forever home with a safe and enclosed garden. I could live with other cats and children but am not sure about dogs though. If you are interested in offering me a space in your heart and home, please get in touch with the rescue to see if we could make great friends.
GERRY is at Little Paws Cat Haven, Wolverhampton. Rehoming in the Wolverhampton area. To make an enquiry please call: 07790 862346 or Email: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., and please mention you saw Gerry on Cat Chat, thank you!

Ruby

Rescue cat Ruby from Stour Valley Cat Rescue, Stourbridge, West Midlands, needs a homeGood day to you; while you are here I was wondering if you might be the one? You see I am a beautiful 3 year old lass, who finds herself in the predicament of needing to find a forever home. I am a pleasant young lass and I would love to find a home where I can be the only cat, most definitely, and possibly the only pet overall - I am not sure about sharing with dogs. I haven't had a lot to do with children either, so I would likely be best without any young ones. I really like to spend time outside in the fresh air, so a home with a safe garden is a must for me. If you are looking for a gardening supervisor, then I think I would be the girl for you. I am neutered and could be ready in a jiffy.

Marnie

Rescue cat Marnie from Little Paws Cat Haven, Wolverhampton, West Midlands, needs a homeI've been waiting over a year... Please pick me! Hello everyone, my name is Marnie. I am 5 years old and have been neutered. I had the most fantastic home, I was loved so, so much; but it=n the last 18 months I lost my Mum and then my Dad and I have been left not knowing which way was up. It has taken me a while to become less traumatised by the loss and change and realise that my foster home is a safe space for me. I need a quiet home, well away from any hustle and bustle, so I think no young children would be best; I am not keen on other cats or dogs either and would prefer to be your only pet. I enjoy a little fuss when you are in bed but if there is a loud noise I will be off to hide. Behind all my nervousness there is a sweet young lass; in the right home and with plenty of patience you will get to see me blossom again. If you think you could help me thrive, please get in touch.

Eddie

Rescue cat Eddie from Little Paws Cat Haven, Wolverhampton, West Midlands, needs a homeI've been waiting over a year... Please pick me! Good day to you; my name is Eddie. I am a 10 year old lad who had been living rough for some time and was a skinny looking lad. It looks like I had a home at some point because I was neutered and I do like people, although I am a little nervous given that I have been likely chased away. I have been enjoying regular dinners and have put weight on and have cleaned myself up, I look quite handsome now, my white bits are white again. I am still a little shy, so I think I would like a home with no young children and not too noisy. I am frightened of other cats and am not sure about dogs, so being an only pet is the life for me. I am a fussy little chap when I get to know you, all I need is the right person or people to choose me, could it be you?

Ginny

Rescue cat Ginny from Little Paws Cat Haven, Wolverhampton, West Midlands, needs a homeI've been waiting over a year... Please pick me! Good day to you; I am Ginny, a 2 year old, neutered lass with a gorgeous tortoiseshell coat. I didn't have a great start to life; I was found in a flat with 4 very underweight kittens, one who had passed away before help arrived, we had been left with no food or water when the owner of the flat went on holiday. I was so pleased to be rescued with my babies; we were all so unwell and dehydrated that it was a week before I could feed the babies myself. I took my mothering duties seriously and raised them well, letting my rescuers help them whenever they needed it. My babies have found their places in the world and so I have my paws crossed that someone will offer me the home of my dreams soon. It took a while before I learnt to play and began to act like other youngsters my age, but now I love to play and run around with the other cats. I would happily share my new home with cats, but would prefer no dogs and I am not too sure about children. If you are looking for a happy soul to keep you company then get in touch because I am here, waiting for you.

We are a trio of sisters, 2 years old, neutered and we are on the lookout for a quiet and understanding home.We know that taking on 3 cats is a huge ask, but we have our paws crossed that our guardian angel is out there somewhere, will find us and fall in love. We were abandoned by our owner; just left to fend for ourselves and this has left us very timid and affected our trust in humans. We hope that being in a home of our own and with patience and understanding that we will find our feet & learn to trust again. We are looking for an indoor home together, where we will have a safe space in a quieter home; we would likely do better in a home with no children and where we can be the only pets. Tiggy

Rescue Cat Tiggy at Kings Heath Cat Club, Birmingham, needs a homeI've been waiting over a year... Please pick me! Hi, my name is Tiggy, I'm a beautiful 6 year old lady who came to Kings Heath after my owner passed away. I lived with him for 4 years and we got on really well. When he was gone I was really scared and lonely. I would love to find a new home where I can get to love and form a bond with people again. I can be a little nervous still, and might scratch if you approach or touch me quick and I'm not expecting it - I'm not mean, I just get a little overwhelmed. I'd like a quiet home, with access to outdoors. I would like to be the only cat, and with either just adult humans or older children who understand I need time and patience. I am neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and am up to date with flea and worming treatment. I will come with 5 weeks free insurance through Agria.

Alistair

Rescue cat Alistair from Midlands Animal Rescue Team, Walsall, West Midlands, needs a homeI've been waiting over 2 years... Please pick me! Hi there, my name is Alistair; I am a very handsome lad, born in 2018. I was found straying, but I am such a sweet & loving lad that the rescue think I would be best in a caring home. I am looking for a home where I can be the only cat, unless they are on a urinary diet too, and as I haven't had a lot to do with children, it may be best to find a home without young children. I am neutered and a very easy going chap; the only thing I really need is a urinary diet, the food is widely available but can cost a little more that a 'regular' diet and you would need to be prepared for that; it will help to keep me happy and healthy though and, of course, I think I am worth it. The rescue may be able to help with costs if I had a flare up of my urinary crystals again - which shouldn't be an issue if I only have the right food, but it may help you decide if I could be the right fit for your home. I have my paws crossed that my purr-fect home will come along soon and I hope that it might be you.

Houdini

Rescue Cat Houdini, Midlands Animal Rescue Team, Walsall needs a homeI've been waiting over 2 years... Please pick me! Hello, my name's Houdini and I'm a fluffy, black and white chap who the vet people think is around 5 years possibly. I don't know what age I am so I wasn't helping! My life's been a bit of an adventure before ending up here. I was being fed by a lovely lady in one area but was found a distance away after being knocked down by a car and then I escaped the vet people and went on the run until I was caught again now, I think that may be where I got my name from! I've been neutered now but in all the time I've been in care, I just don't like close human contact. I'm looking for a private residence with outbuildings, or small holding or farm, again, with outbuildings. I'll earn my keep by keeping the rodent population down, but in return I'd like regular meals please, this will keep me nearby and keep me healthy too. I'm not sure about being around other cats but I don't like dogs or children. I really hope someone can help me out, I'd be no bother but would be very grateful for the help!
