Rescue cat Agatha, at RSPCA Barnsley & District, needs a new homeHello, my name is Agatha. I’m a beautiful little twelve week old lady who came into rescue with my sister, who has now been reserved for adoption. Now it’s my turn to find a wonderful permanent home where I’ll have someone to spend lots of time with me, give me lots of attention and cuddles, and keep an eye on me whilst I get up to kittenish mischief! I have a gorgeous short-haired tortoiseshell and white coat, and am due to be spayed. As a confident and friendly girl I could share a family home with sensible children, and eventually I’d enjoy access to the outdoors too. I’m fizzing with energy and will keep you entertained for hours before curling up on the nearest available lap for a well-earned sleep! If you think that you could offer me a caring, affectionate forever home then please come and meet me soon.

Rescue Cat Purdy, RSPCA - Barnsley & District, needs a homeHello there, my name is Purdy and I’m a pretty silver tabby girl who’s only 1 year old. I’ve already been a mum as I came into rescue just about to give birth. I’ve been neutered now. I did have some problems with my ears and needed a couple of operations. I’ve completely healed from them and am fighting fit but I am deaf in one ear and have some hearing in the other. I’m looking for an indoor home because I wouldn’t hear traffic or any scary noises. I’d like to be your only pet and would prefer my home to have no children or maybe with some older children who would promise not to sneak up on me and make me jump. I love being stroked, made a fuss of and generally getting lots of attention. Some of my hobbies are eating, snoozing, playing and purring. I’d love to find a home to call my own and a family to love if you think this could be you please get in touch? Advice & Tips on caring for a deaf cat here: Caring for a deaf cat

Rescue cat Lulu from Rain Rescue, Rotherham, needs homeHello my dear, I'm Lulu and I'm a bit of a sweetheart (so the rescue people say). I ended up in care when my previous human became very ill. I'm about 10 years old and have been spayed. I'm a shy girl at first, but once I am relaxed and settled in, I love to curl up with you on the sofa. The rescue people think I'll make a wonderful companion for someone who likes spending time at home with their cats. I would prefer a home with no young children or other cats but maybe I could live with a calm dog who isn't really interested in me. I was an indoor cat before and I quite like Radio 4 and classical but not Rap or anything too shouty! Could you be my special human?

Rescue cat Flump, at Rain Rescue, Rotherham, needs a new homeHello, my name is Flump. I’m a very sweet black and white, neutered lady who has been rescued after spending a long time fending for myself on the streets. Although I’m still a very shy kitty, having been introduced to the joys of regular meals, tasty treats and fishing rod games I’m now feeling ready to begin a wonderful new life in a permanent home. A rural environment such as a farm would be perfect for me, giving me plenty of space to explore and remain an independent-natured girl, but with the care and comforts of a loving home. I’m not fond of loud noises, but could live with sensible older children, another friendly feline and possibly a calm dog. If you are not looking for a guaranteed lap cat, but can offer a calm, understanding forever home to a very deserving furry friend, then why not get in touch?
