Rescue cat Woody, from Royston Animal Welfare, Barnsley, needs a homeHi folks, I'm Woody! Howdy howdy howdy. I am a handsome black-coated lad of only 8 months old; I sure am pleased to make your acquaintance! Now the first thing you should know about me is that I love to play, like most kittens do! My favourite pastime is chasing that pesky feathered varmint on a stick, do you know where he went?? Heck I almost had him as well! It takes a lot to tire me out as there's just so much darn exploring and investigating to do, so I reckon I'd find it real nice to have a ranch (or house) where I can roam around outside, especially if you can keep an eye on me while I get used to it for the first few times! I'd also like to be the only pet if you please, you know what they say about the town not being big enough...! Now I know there's all sorts of talk about black kitties... firstly, you should know that it's true we go with everything, and secondly, we're very lucky! Now I can't confirm the validity of these claims (maybe you'll find out?) but one thing's for sure: you'd feel ever so lucky adopting me. So what do you say? To infinity, and beyond? I've been neutered, chipped and am all up to date on my vaccinations, so please do get in touch if you're interested!

Rescue cat Ozzy from 8 Lives Cat Rescue, Sheffield, Derbyshire, South Yorkshire, needs a homeHi there, my name is Ozzy - don't worry, I am nothing like that Osbourne fella. I am 2 years old, neutered and microchipped and I find myself looking for a home, one where I can stay forever though. I could pretty much live anywhere, I am fine with children, get on with some cats (one here is a head bumper but the other one and I prefer a hissing competition), I would prefer no dogs though. All I really need is someone to love me; I do love company and get quite miffed if I am left in a room on my own. I would also love garden to explore once I am settled in. If you are looking for a BFG - big friendly ginger, then make sure to get in touch as soon as you can; I could have my bags packed in a jiffy.

Rescue cats Poppy and Clover, from Feral Cat Welfare, Leeds, need a homeA great big meow from us both, firstly to say "Hello!" and secondly to introduce ourselves to you. We are Clover and Poppy and, if you are a fan of terrific tabbies, we might just be the cats for you. We are two girls aged around six years old and have been put back into foster care due to a newborn baby in the family unfortunately being allergic to us. It was very sad for us to leave our home of five years, but we hope our lovable personalities and gorgeous tabby looks can help us find a new place that's just as welcoming. We both take a little while to settle into a new environment, but I, Clover, tend to be the more confident cat. Every now and then you will find me darting around the house, while Poppy is more likely to lounge around, demanding attention of you on her terms and only when she feels like it! We have been used to living around sensible children and other cats, so we would be happy to get to know any such creatures in our new home and, while we would love access to the outside, our slightly nervous nature means we never go far so would soon be back with you. We have been vaccinated, neutered and microchipped, and are currently lounging around our fosterer's home waiting for you to get in touch!
POPPY & CLOVER are at Feral Cat Welfare, Leeds. Rehoming across Yorkshire, may go further for right home. To make an enquiry, please Email: This email address is being protected from spambots. Rescue cat Jasper from Barnsley Animal Rescue Charity (BARC), Barnsley, South Yorkshire, West Yorkshire, needs a homeHi there, my name is Jasper. I am a big, handsome boy; I'm 10 years old and neutered. I have found myself in rescue after my human passed away, I have so much love to give that I am hoping to find a new human really soon, there really is nothing like having your very own human to love. I have always been an indoor cat and would probably prefer an indoor home again; I have never had to share my space with other pets or children, so I might need to meet them and see how I get on. If you are in need of plenty of love then make sure to get in touch, hopefully we can become best friends.

Rescue cat Sammie, at Royston Animal Welfare, Barnsley, needs a new homeHello, my name is Sammie.  I’m a beautiful tabby and white girl of six years old, and I’m looking for a peaceful permanent home in which I can fulfil my dream of becoming a much loved lap cat.  If you can give me a little time and understanding whilst I regain my confidence in a new home then I’ll welcome gentle fusses and become a wonderful furry companion.  A home as the only pet, and without children, will suit me best.  I may also adapt to life as an indoor-only cat in the right home.  If you could offer me the affection and care I deserve, then I’m waiting to meet you!

Rescue cat Poppy, at Cat Action Trust 1977 - Doncaster South, needs a new homeHello, my name is Poppy.  I’m a beautifully fluffy black cat of four years old, and I’m looking for a loving permanent home.  After the distress of being left behind when my previous owner moved away I’m feeling especially nervous around new people, so I need a quiet, understanding home in which I’ll be given plenty of time to get to know my new human friends and gain confidence.  I’d like to be your only pet and would be best suited to a household without young children.  Once I’ve fully settled in I’d enjoy having a safe garden to explore.  I’m spayed, vaccinated and microchipped, and am ready to begin my wonderful new life in a peaceful, caring home.  Please get in touch.

Rescue cat Paul from 8 Lives Cat Rescue, Sheffield, needs a home Hello, I'm a handsome 3 year old male cat called Paul. I was kind of hoping that a lovely kind human such as yourself may be able to offer me a home? I'm a young cat and have lived most of my 3 years as a stray. I can be a bit wary and anxious around people.  I think it is understandable considering I have had quite a tough start. However, I met a very kind lady who fed me and gained my trust and got me treated when I was injured.I made gradual progress at the rescue and they very kindly cared for my wounds, got me neutered, vaccinated and micro chipped. The rescue then arranged for me to stay with a foster family and it's here that I've made much more progress. I'm still shy but the cuddly cat everyone thought I could be is really starting to come across! I'm much more relaxed now, so much so that I can be heard purring away when I'm getting fussed. I have also started rubbing up against my foster family when they are feeding me, although it is sometimes followed with a hiss - but it seems to be more out of habit and not intentional.  Apart from eating, my favourite way to the pass the time is lounging on the window sill in the sun. I'm trying to learn how to play, I'm very curious but still a little wary, perhaps it will become my new favourite thing! I would like access to a safe garden in my new home but would like to stay indoors for a few weeks until I am familiar with my new home and settled in. A home without dogs and without young children would be required.  Please get in touch for more information about me. I would really like the chance to build a good relationship with a family to call my own.

Rescue Cat Tiffany from Cat Action Trust 1977 - Doncaster South, south Yorkshire, needs a homeLet me introduce myself; I am Tiffany, I am 8 months old and have been in rescue pretty much all my life. I was found dumped in a car park with my mother and siblings, we were all in a terrible state, neglected and covered in fleas. The rescue found me a foster Mum and with treatment and lots of love I have flourished and I am now ready to find a forever home. I can still be a little shy at first, but given love and patience I will show you just how fabulous I am. I could share my new home with other cats and children over 12, but no dogs please. the rescue will ensure I am neutered before going to my new home. If you think you could help me find my happy ever after please make the call.
