If old enough they are also neutered. Based in Pontefract. A foster based organisation, rescuing and rehoming abandoned, feral, stray or unwanted cats throughout Yorkshire. All cats are microchipped, treated for worms and fleas, examined by a vet and treated if required before rehoming. If they have not been neutered or fully vaccinated due to age, they will be rehomed on agreement for this to be carried out when old enough. The Sanctuary also provides full rescue back up and settle in period.

Cat Fosterers and permanent homes always needed. The Cinnamon Trust (the National Charity for the elderly, the terminally ill and their pets, Reg. charity. 293399) are looking for more volunteer homes throughout the UK. Pet free homes are needed for short-term fostering of cats whose owners are in hospital or respite care. Permanent homes needed for cats whose owners have died or who are no longer able to care for them. The Cinnamon Trust is not a rescue shelter and cannot take unwanted cats in.
