Rescue Cat Millie from Feline Friends London, Hackney, needs a homeHello there, I’m Millie. I’m an eight month old female with a beautiful black coat. I appeared one day, a tiny, nervous cat in the garden and befriended the kind humans who let me into their porch. Over the next few weeks I came and went, sleeping under a bush and eating the odd meal. One night I didn’t want to leave the porch and when the humans came back in to see me in the morning I’d had three kittens! I have been a loving and attentive mum to my kittens and now I’m on the lookout for my forever home. I’m growing in confidence everyday and although I’m still unsure of being picked up, I love to sit on a lap and be stroked. Through the magic of Dreamies, I’ve been quick to learn. I’m looking for a home with access to outdoors, I’d possibly be happy to live with another cat but I’m not sure about dogs or children. I will be neutered before I go to my new home. If you think you can offer me a home then please get in touch.

Rescue Cat Mimi from Feline Friends London, Hackney, needs a homeHello, my name's Mimi. I was a stray who was rescued whilst heavily pregnant with 4 kittens. I gave birth to them in my current foster home. I'm a pretty white and black girl, about 18 months old. I'm gentle but very timid. Whilst in my foster home, I spent the first few weeks hidden away behind the bed and only came out when no one was around. With time I have become much more confident. I like to sit in the living room at a safe distance, dozing, watching my unruly kittens at play or waiting for my next meal. I get excited around meal times and I'll run eagerly to my food bowl. I'm still not fully comfortable with being touched - I'll try to dodge the hand - but I've never shown any signs of aggression and I've never scratched or bitten my current carers. I would like a quiet home where I'll be the only pet, with owners who have some experience of looking after cats and who are willing to progress the relationship slowly and on my own terms. It might take time to gain my trust and my new owners will need to show a lot of patience and understanding as I'm not your average lap cat. I do not like loud noises or unexpected movements and I get easily frightened. I would eventually like access to the garden, but only once I'm fully established in my new home. By the time I'm to be rehomed I'll be neutered, microchipped and vaccinated.

Rescue cat Charlie from Stokey Cats...& Dogs, Hackney, West London, East London, needs a homeHello everyone; my name is Charlie and I am looking for a home where I can be the only cat. I was taken in when my human died, but despite all attempts I haven't settled with the resident cats and there is too much fighting. I am a neutered, 7 year old lad, with a handsome white and black coat. I am diabetic, you can find out more information below, I am managed with an injection a day - please don't let it put you off, the rescue will be happy to talk it through with you. I have always been an indoor cat and haven't had any dealings with dogs or children; so I think just being your best feline friend and not sharing you would work best for me.

If you fancy a handsome, chatty chap sharing your home, then I’m your guy - get in touch soon! Rescue cat Callie from Hounslow Animal Welfare Society, Hounslow, West London, Surrey, needs a homeGood day; I am Callie and I am a lovely, pretty young tortoiseshell girl. I am around 3 ish years old. I was abandoned at a vet practice; I was un-neutered, that was soon rectified, and had a broken tail with a wound that meant I had to lose quite a bit of my tail. The vet also found that I am technically blind, although I may be able to see some contrast; this means I am looking for an indoor home. I love cuddles and fusses and would love it if my new human could be around for most of the day and who will learn the best ways to interact with me. I shall keep my paws crossed for that forever home, maybe with you?

Rescue cat Myrtle from Hounslow Animal Welfare Society, Hounslow, West London, Surrey, needs a homeHello, my name is Myrtle and I am a black coated lass, with a hint of white on my belly. I am in the picture with my little band of friends, it is possible we are all cousins as we came from a single commune. I arrived first with my pal Beauty; we both had kittens. They were all homed and then Beauty was homed too. I was miserable all alone and then I was introduced to this bunch. I am neutered and around 5 years old now, having been in foster for over 3 years. I am hoping that my forever home is coming soon and I have my paws crossed that you might be the one for me and if you are feeling generous you could ask about a friend too.

Rescue cat Chadwick, at Bushy Tail Cat Aid, Watford, needs a new homeHello, my name is Chadwick. I’m an adorable short-haired black fellow of just two years old, and I’m looking for a wonderful permanent home. I started life as a stray kitten, taking up residence in someone’s garden, and found my way into the heart and home of the kind human who cared for me. Sadly the resident cat wasn’t at all happy with this arrangement, so I’m now hoping to find a family of my very own. I’m a sweet-natured and affectionate boy who’ll make a terrific furry companion, and I’d enjoy access to a safe garden too. I’ve been fully vet-checked and have a clean bill of health; I’m neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, and can’t wait to begin my new life as the beloved pet in a loving forever home. Why not get in touch?

Rescue cat Tolstoy from Catcuddles Sanctuary, Greenwich, needs homeHi there mateys! I'm Tolstoy and I'm a 5-month-old lively, sweet boy. The rescue people think I am pretty cute and charming which I am of course! I'm a super-special boy though, who has been through such a lot in my short life. I was rescued from the garden I was born in. Just a tiny little kitten, but not growing or playing as I hurted so much. The vet check found I was born with a deformed lower digestive system and was dangerously blocked up. I wouldn't have survived long without intervention. I needed major surgery. The vets and rescue people had a social media campaign (whatever that is!) and raised money for me to have a big operation rebuilding my lower digestive system and rectum. Seeing me behave like a kitten when I was feeling better, was really rewarding for the kind rescue people. I'm so much better now but I'm on special food and have still needed the odd treatment from the vet - I may need to remain under the regular care of a vet for some time to come. So I need a special human to understand this and be able to support this without getting fed up. But also to love me keep me safe and let me be the kitten I am and have fun. I'm fine with other cats but greedy, so would need to be supervised around their food! The rescue people think I will make an amazing little companion for a special human/humans who can take care of me and look after my needs. If you can even think about it, I would be grateful, but why don't you just give the rescue people a little call to find out more.
